Extremely unsatisfied with their service. Service specialist said she had called and left a voice mail to tell me my truck was ready. Come to find out I had take my number wrong so she didn’t call me specialist said she had called and left a voice mail to tell me my truck was ready. Come to find out I had take my number wrong so she didn’t call me. Once arrived to pick up my truck I was told it was just a programming issue and it had been take care of. As I was driving to my next destination The display warning came back on. I contacted the dealership and asked to speak with the service representative or the manager in charge neither one of them return my call until an hour later. I had to turn around and take my truck back and I was told I needed some type of sensor. I ended up paying for the sensor and as I got back on my truck the display came back on. I was told now that I need new brake pads but my break pads we’re still good another reason that they needed to be change was because the sensor was change. All this caused me to lose not only time but customers I was supposed to see. More

Charlene and Willie did a very nice experience. I kinda regard shopping for vehicles in same situation as going to dentist. But the overall experience was as effortless as can be.
