I had a horrible experience! From first going in and being told that the oil change plan I purchased expired. I explained that when I was being “sold” this plan I was told that it had no expiration that being told that the oil change plan I purchased expired. I explained that when I was being “sold” this plan I was told that it had no expiration that it would finish once I have used “all” the oil changed I had purchase! The girl working there was rude when I explained to what I was told when I purchased my plan. She rolled her eyes got her cell phone and called her manager, she exhaled really loud and said hey there’s a client with an expired plan and i told her it’s expired. She then spoke to me to say that I could only use my “plan once more” and after that it’s no good. Keep in mind I still have more oil changes on file to use. I sat down to wait to have my car get “serviced” and waited 2 hours and 45 minutes! For only an oil change. When two hours had passed I asked for the status since it had been so long and I was told that they couldn’t find a filter that went with my car because it was not GMC. I have never had that issue before when I’ve gone there. I felt as if I was being targeted and tormented on purpose because I wanted to use a oil plan that I purchased which I was told would not expire til I used them all. I was there in a early afternoon on Friday, not on a Saturday when I know they are busy. I told the girl up front I understand if takes an hour it’s fine but 2 hours and 45 mins is INSULTING! I am not happy at all and so disappointed that I was basically being called a liar for what the sales person told me when I made the plan purchase. Then having the staff make me wait on purpose for their satisfaction. More

Made appointment to have a key made for my truck. Dropped off my truck. Was called about an hour and half later stating my truck was ready for me to pick up. Used the new remote to locate and unlock my truck off my truck. Was called about an hour and half later stating my truck was ready for me to pick up. Used the new remote to locate and unlock my truck. When I got home I tried the door key. It did not work. I called back and was told that the tech had verified the key and there may be a burr on it. The cuts on both side of the new key did not look the same as the original key. Drove straight back to the dealership. The key was supposedly recut and cleaned. Now it works. After asking the service advisor what Beck& Masten could offer me for the inconvenience she offered a free oil change. An hour and a half after I left the dealership, I received a text that my truck was ready for pickup??? More
