I should have never gone to this dealer the price for the vehicle I got was at 47817. I trusted them but two days later I went over my paper work and saw they put the price at 54,000. When I called and asked no one wanted to take the blame for it and kept pointing the finger at each other. I called Richard Whol who was our associate and said to contact finance, when in reality it was him and Jorge the ones to upped our price for some bull protection and other hidden stuff. I had a meeting Last Monday with them and they weren’t able to resolve anything. I had never felt to scammed in my life until now. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER !!! More

For me the Service department at a dealership is 99% of what will make or break my decision to be a repeat buyer/customer. Beck & Masten service department does an excellent job of communication and service. About a year ago, I purchased a 3 oil change/tire rotation service for my 2019 Avenir. When I brought in my vehicle for the 3rd one, the package had expired by a few days (there should not be an expiration on prepaid service). I was told it had expired and they called over the manager, who made a decision that literally was the decision that would determine If my next vehicle would be purchased from Beck & Masten (I did not tell him this), he made the right call to honor my service agreement. Kudos because I wonder how often these little customer care decisions go unnoticed, I want to let you know you’ve kept a customer for a seemingly thing. More
