To start off, buyers be aware, there is a 5K charge for some sort of GPS tracking system that you cannot opt-out of and the "certified" certificate. So what ever price you see online, add about 5K and thats not including tax and registration. Once there, we did our walk-around with our sales person, noticed and pointed out a small scratch that was not a big deal, vehicle had a mirror polish to it. Then she drove us in our new 80K vehicle and dropped us off at the financing department. She then took it fuel up and shuttle some back and fourth two more times. After purchasing we drive straight to our hotel, and park in the back empty lot with a spot between both of our vehicles. That's when we notice a very obvious dent and scrape. It seems like a tire rubbed against our truck marking a dent and rubbing the paint off the SUBURBAN emblems. We rushed back to the dealership and explained how we noticed everything. They of course began to try and wash their hands off and play the blame game. We explained we weren't blaming them, maybe it was another customer while the vehicle was parked and asked if they can rewing the footage. That's when their attitudes changed and offered a "complimentary" fix that could be done in one day. We ended up calling out of work getting our days docked, renting a room for the night, only to be told by the "paint guy" this is a 2 or 3 day job. It's been just over a month!!! They have yet to call back to provide us with the combination to the lock box in the vehicle, no headphones for the entertainment system, no floor mats which we paid for, no license plates.... and the dent, we got that fixed on our own... Be aware of hidden costs, throughly inspect your vehicles in and out, and don't let that vehicle out of your sight if you are waiting at finance. ***UPDATE*** I was contacted by the dealership the same day I posted this review (05/24/2022) asking for me to reach out to resolve this, super quick response, i replied back right away. Today is 06/24/2022 and I still have not gotten a response back, still no floor mats, which are paid for, we still can't use our lock box, and the only reason we got our tags was because we called before and after our tags were to expire. We drove around with expired temporary tags for about two weeks and were told they would not give us another set. More

Excelent customer service quick and easy purchase. We were told that our SUV would arrive on 4/6 didn’t arrived but the wait was worth it. Not upset at all.
