Well it started out just fine. The sales department was great. Chris was my sales person and he was very helpful professional. Also, his manager who helped out with the numbers was great. (I forgot his name.). Now I know when you buy a used vehicle it’s as is unless you purchase an extended warranty. After having the Ford edge for only two weeks, the sunroof messed up. I couldn’t close it. I called Cris. He said to bring it by. We went to the service department and I must say this is where the dealership is failing the service department is dragging the dealership down. They tried to help me close it. They had to force it closed. They put a big piece of saran wrap over it so it wouldn’t leak and sent me on my way. They had no intention of doing anything for me on that Sunroof I later found out that it was going cost me $2000 to get it fixed and they weren’t going to do it because they said they don’t work on Fords.?? Okay.. I called Cris again to find out what I could get done he said why don’t you make an appointment with the service department and come back so they can really look at it. But that I needed to wait until they had a loaner vehicle and that was a list a couple of weeks long. I think they were just trying to appease me for the meantime. After having the vehicle for about 1 1/2 to 2 months I finally decided to call the Sunroof Repair shop and have it fixed. They were giving me a quote of 850 to get it fixed, which was a good deal. The guy came out worked on it a little bit. He told me that the frame was messed up and one piece of frame is $125 and I think there’s six pieces.. because Ford wants you to buy their parts and charge you an arm and a leg to get something fixed a sunroof that was made by Ford with cheap parts that are notoriously breaking on the panoramic sunroof. So they get you when you buy it. They also get you when it messes up because you have to buy their parts. (they will get a long letter from me.) so the guy told me when they were forcing the Sunroof closed. He sure that that’s probably what messed up the frame. Such a disappointment with the service department and with the general manager, who was not willing to help me at all, he said he would maybe chip in $200 of it. I do understand you can’t just be giving out money to whatever customers have a problem, I get that. When you’re in the Customer service business though like anything sales, you always want to try to do the best you can. I am a manager and if it would’ve been my dealership that I was managing, I would’ve offered half of it. I just think having a good repeat customer is worth more than $1800. I do love my Ford Edge though🙂 More

Ada and Ena were very helpful. My only complaints are i gave them my info and signed over an hour before we went back to finance and then they started the finance part and wouldn' My only complaints are i gave them my info and signed over an hour before we went back to finance and then they started the finance part and wouldn't you know they threw one of the up charged items back into my agreement. And then didn't even give me a copy of what the extended warranty. So I have no ideal what is covered or for how long. It seems that car dealers are always adding things at the end after the amount of the vehicle is agreed on back in the finance departments. Also they gave .e an owner's manual for a denali and not the AT4. My neighbor purchased an AT4 last year and his book matches the truck. You no longer get the cover to store the books that come with the vehicle any longer I guess. I didn't get one. More
I paid for tire rotations and oil changes. I let air out my tires to notice if rotations are being done since I noticed uneven wear as if they have not been rotated.
