Tell them the service you want and they deliver with excellent customer service every time. I travel 35 minutes when there is a GMM dealer (Texan- In Humble) minutes away but Beck and Masten does not tr excellent customer service every time. Oil change on my 2019 GMC Sierra was quick an efficient. I was surprised to learn that my model(Elevation), took 8 quarts of oil instead of 5! They did let me use the coupon I received in the mail($29.95 I was surprised to learn that my model(Elevation), took 8 quarts of oil instead of 5! They did let me use the coupon I received in the mail($29.95+ 3 extra quarts), which is still better than $75-$150! Thanks! More
Absolutely terrible service from the start. I will never let them service my vehicle again. Made an appointment to drop it off. 2 days later I call to check on it and am then told they are a I will never let them service my vehicle again. Made an appointment to drop it off. 2 days later I call to check on it and am then told they are a week to a week and a half before they even get to it. Then why did you make an appointment for me to drop it off. But, I left it. The next Monday I called at least 5-6 times. Left messages on voicemail and with 2 of their employees. And yet no one ever called me back. Showed up Tuesday morning at 8:00 am and canceled my service. I guess they are just too busy and don’t care about their customers. Their response, “sorry we couldn’t do better”. You will see this review on google as well. More
