I’ve had the best service at Beck & Masten since they changed ownership. I really like the new advisors, especially stephen Stacy, who has been awesome. Making an appointment for serve was a simple phone call . I was given several choices of times to make the appointment convenient. I was given an estimated 1.5 hours to complete the service when I booked it. I was given several choices of times to make the appointment convenient. When I arrived for my appointment, a courteous young man met me at my vehicle to inform me my service advisor would meet me at my vehicle shortly. My service advisor, Sunni Felix cordially greeted my and quickly and efficiently checked in my vehicle. She advised that because of the high volume of service work that had come in, that my wait would be approximately 2-2.5 hours. She told me that because the answering center that set the appointment was not on location, they did not have a good estimate of wait times. She gave me her direct phone number when I left so I could easily check on the status of my service. When the work was completed, Sunni sent a text message which I didn't see and followed up with a phone call which I really appreciated. Sunni was out for her lunch break when I returned for my vehicle. Service advisor, Adrian, graciously took care of getting me checked out. Other than the call center's lack of awareness of the level of activity in the service department, my experience was positive because of the professionalism of the service advisors, Sunni and Adrian, and those who assisted them. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and as usual I had zero issues doing so. I initiated the service in the GMC app and was actually surprised they were servicing so close to Christmas. E as usual I had zero issues doing so. I initiated the service in the GMC app and was actually surprised they were servicing so close to Christmas. Even though I’m not one to complain about wait times, considering the place was a madhouse, I felt the wait time was appropriate as usual. I’ll be back in the new year when my service is due and go ahead and get the non critical items knocked off the list (coolant and rear differential fluid exchange). More
I got my vehicle December 3rd, on December 14th it completely stopped working. Between issues with OnStar and the dealership I had to pay for a tow service, a car rental and to this day I have not rec completely stopped working. Between issues with OnStar and the dealership I had to pay for a tow service, a car rental and to this day I have not received an update on a date for the car to be fixed by. It has been since the 17th and I have no clue when my car will be fixed by. Our advisor has not bothered to reach out and let us know how things are going to we have to call the dealership anytime where looking to get an update. Not very happy at all. Not sure id recommend this dealership or service department to anyone. More
