The Service Manager; Kara saved this dealership from getting a low rating. Ms. Kara has outstanding customer service skills! However, Service rep; Wesley was disappointing because I felt unwelcomed and rushed by his customer service. Overall, I have been coming to this dealership for my service needs for 4 years and since the change in ownership, I have noticed the difference in the quality of workmanship and customer service being disappointing. Please keep and hire more employees like Ms. Kara and Chris. They are an asset to the dealership. I will only return if Ms. Kara and Chris are still there. More

I had another very good experience with Beck and Masten North today. I had an attentive Service Adviser, and a waiting room with good WiFi with space to have video conference calls. I was in and out in les North today. I had an attentive Service Adviser, and a waiting room with good WiFi with space to have video conference calls.
