I got my vehicle December 3rd, on December 14th it completely stopped working. Between issues with OnStar and the dealership I had to pay for a tow service, a car rental and to this day I have not rec completely stopped working. Between issues with OnStar and the dealership I had to pay for a tow service, a car rental and to this day I have not received an update on a date for the car to be fixed by. It has been since the 17th and I have no clue when my car will be fixed by. Our advisor has not bothered to reach out and let us know how things are going to we have to call the dealership anytime where looking to get an update. Not very happy at all. Not sure id recommend this dealership or service department to anyone. More

Disappointed I have to take my vehicle back due to failure to address issue I discussed with advisor. Was running errands after l leaving the dealership my display panel had service tire pressure moni failure to address issue I discussed with advisor. Was running errands after l leaving the dealership my display panel had service tire pressure monitor message, which is why I took the car in for service. Either the person working on the car did not know what they were doing or didn’t address the issue. Now I have return again to the dealership to fix the problem. So unnecessary! More
Assigned new service advisor, Steven Stacy. I asked him to review my service history and advise what work should be considered. I knew an oil, filter, lube (OFL) and inspection were due. Vehicle was taken in and inspection/checks completed. I was advised to replace the cabin air filter and OFL. I approved the work. All work completed in one hour thirty-two minutes. Steven reviewed the vehicle's eight-year service history and we discussed service recommendations that may be needed in the near future. Steven Stacy was very professional and expressed a desire to satisfy the customer. Thank you Steven and the service technicians. More
