Service center advisor not friendly at all. For a customer who comes in to get they vehicle service and which is expensive to maintain the vehicle. I just expect and better experience. On 05/23/2024 had the same issue and called to set an appointment and was told just to bring it in the next morning. Naz the service adviser said it was out of warranty of 12 months. He told me I should leave it and they would check it out. Asked how long he said 7 to 10 days just to diagnose, why so long. He replied the diagnostics a day to a day and a half and there were several cars in front of me. Did not leave truck, called Laroche in Brenham took the less than 5 minutes to run diagnosis, set appointment to replace and they are working with me on the price. I called Joe Pierce, General Manager, Andrew Martinez,General Sales Manger, and Dee Fumiaono and left messages requesting a call back to discuss the matter with them. Still waiting for any response. They say Customer Satisfaction is their number one goal, really? More
I have used this dealership for 11 years and couldn’t begin to tell you how pleased I have been with them. This last visit brings that into question. I understand new ownership can cause changes, but th begin to tell you how pleased I have been with them. This last visit brings that into question. I understand new ownership can cause changes, but this felt quite uncomfortable. I was in for a routine oil change service. I told him I left front tire had been reading low consistently and would they please check it when they rotated the tires. The tire pressures were exactly the same when I left as when I took it in. Left front was still low, which, makes me question whether they were rotated, even though it was part of the service. I was also told that I had a Major Oil leak from my engine and I need a new battery, which was new from July 23. Feeling uncomfortable about that I declined Service and took it elsewhere. The battery was fine, but the cables needed cleaning and tightening. There is a small oil leak evidence by discoloration of the old pan but is considered minor and we will follow with diagnostics. I have always trusted and recommended this dealership, but this has been very disappointing. I will Return to my prior service technician who I felt was professional and representing the dealership and yet still had my back. But, I will be very diligent and hope this was a one off experience. More
