If I could give 0 Stars I would. My service advisor was Sunni. It felt more like I was being solicited for services more than receiving the quality of service you'd expect from a De My service advisor was Sunni. It felt more like I was being solicited for services more than receiving the quality of service you'd expect from a Dealership. Seemed more like Sales than service. I guess the more services you can sale , the higher your commission will be. I will not be using this Buick Dealership location again. I called 8 times in one day to speak to the Advisor and I was just passed around and transferred every single time. It was not a pleasant experience and now due to an insanely high estimate of over $6K for service repairs and a misleading diagnostic evaluation, I have to go and secure a second opinion to see if what I was told was accurate. I also saw a Supervisor pass by and asked if I could have a word with her and she said OK and walked right on by and never came back to address my concerns. What a waste of my time and a waste of my hard earned money. More

service dept staff were friendly and pleasant in spite of the irate customers who scheduled an appt and were told upon arrival that wait time would be 2-3 hours for a simple oil change. i called to schedule the irate customers who scheduled an appt and were told upon arrival that wait time would be 2-3 hours for a simple oil change. i called to schedule at 9 am for a 10:30 appt on October 2, 2024. at arrival 1.5 hours later my wait time is 2-3 hours? how is this even possible unless you only have a couple of technicians working??! and why do you continue to schedule appts if the wait time is so long?? for the past year my wait time for an oil change has gone from 45 minutes (for the past 5 years) to 2+ hours and today i found out why. Beck and Masten is no longer family owned and is now corporately owned!! they have ruined the great customer service reputation that preceeded them for sure. Beck and Masten service department is no longer a top notch service provider and when I asked to speak to the service manger he was “unavailable” while i could see him sitting at his desk. More
Very accommodating I came in with no appointment, and they still got me in and out reasonable quick. The service advisor Justin was courteous and communicated the process to me well.
