We will always have a special place in our hearts for Beck and Masten and it’s employees, however, this was not the best experience. We went to the dealership due to an engine light code for the thermost Beck and Masten and it’s employees, however, this was not the best experience. We went to the dealership due to an engine light code for the thermostat. The diagnostic test came back with the thermostat ( which we were aware of) and they also included the radiator. We came to find out that the radiator had no problems at all. That was very disheartening. The other part that seemed very distasteful was when we asked to see images/videos of the problem, they sent random pictures of the tires and part of the engine. None of the pictures provided included the thermostat or the radiator (which was claimed to be damaged). Luckily, we did get a second opinion so that we would not have to spend nearly $4,000 on an item to be fixed that did not need to be fixed. More

I’ve been a loyal Beck & Masten for five years. The last two experience with have been terrible. For starters, the last time I came in for an oil change it took 5 hours. I scheduled an early mo The last two experience with have been terrible. For starters, the last time I came in for an oil change it took 5 hours. I scheduled an early morning appointment to hopefully be in and out. The mechanic was being sloppy and damaged my truck trying to get my truck in the stall. I witness the mechanic damage my truck, while assessing the damage he acted as nothing happened and hurried off. Talked to the Service representative and was affirmed the situation would be taken care of. I had to routinely call to make sure the issue was resolved. Recently, I brought my truck in for a transmission issue. I was told that the diagnostician would be in at 1pm and I’d have an answer by the end of the day. However, when I called to check the status of my vehicle I was then told it would be two weeks. After a week & a half I finally get a call telling me I needed a new transmission. My truck ends up being at Beck & Masten for 2 months. During that time, I had to routinely call GMC customer service support, Beck & Masten service supervisors just to find out the details of my transmission issue due to the service representative I was assigned to never returned my numerous voicemails/phone calls. Not once was I offered a loaner or a rental. For me to only pay the deductible informs me that it was a factory issue or my vehicle was under warranty. To wrap it all up, as I go to pick up my vehicle, the delivery specialist left trash in my vehicle is still giving me issues. Terrible experience. More
