My wife and I went into Beck and Masten after seeing a post on Autotrader on a new 2013 Gmc Sierra 4x4 for a great price. We didn't call ahead and when we got there after meeting Greg we learned that this post on Autotrader on a new 2013 Gmc Sierra 4x4 for a great price. We didn't call ahead and when we got there after meeting Greg we learned that this truck had been sold the day before, which is about my luck... He asked why not step up to the new 2014? My response was simply because of the price and that I didn't believe we could get what I wanted for the same price. I already had the sticker shock at Lone Star and I knew GMC is usually priced a little higher than Chevrolet. He told us about all the incentives and after showing us we could get a brand new 4x4 double cab for 2k over what the 2013 was we decided we would look at them and test drive. I am picky on my colors and love the dark blue and brown they offer and after riding around the lot we found a dark blue texas edition crew cab with 4x4. After seeing the price we took it for a spin while he worked on the trade in. We knew what we could spend and after some negotiation on the trade in Greg and Caesar made it happen for us and we couldn't be happier with the new truck! I was truely disappointed with my last vehicle purchase at Lone Star and after our experience at B&M my wife is up next for a new vehicle and we will be back to see Greg and Beck and Masten! More

Both employees I dealt with were respectful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and did not act like they were hurried or inconvenienced even though it was getting late. I found an SUV with better mileage than what I had which is what I was looking for. They fixed the problem with the seatbelt on the vehicle I purchased and have promised to provide me with a second key and fix the airbag light providing me with a loaner car which I find to be generous. I had to finance the vehicle for longer than I wanted to in order to get my desired monthly payment but I can live with that. My husband has purchased a vehicle from your dealership before so we are happy customers, thus far. More
