Ariel was very pleasant to deal with. He listened to my needs and price I was looking get at Beck and Masten. I found the Buick Enclave I was looking for and now just had to agree on price. Ariel did his best to get to my number but it was out of his hands. He walked with me outside and wished me luck on finding my next vehicle. I went home and started researching my next dealership to find my Enclave. Started pushing numbers based on market value and what others are paying and I started to think that Ariel was not far off from my number I wanted. At that moment Ariel texted me with a final offer and it was real close to my number I decided to take the offer. Went to the dealership and was in my new 2011 Buick Enclave CXL-2 in no time.
