I purchased a vehicle from Beck & Masten on September 1st 2012. Both Mr. Sharaf and Mr. Gomez were wonderful to work with and in my opinion represent what it means to be a true professional. Linda is awesome. I purchased a 2012 Lacrosse in May. Linda sold me a couple of after market products (Paint sealer and Leather treatment) at the time of my new car purchase. Yesterday, I thought I had a Linda sold me a couple of after market products (Paint sealer and Leather treatment) at the time of my new car purchase. Yesterday, I thought I had an issue with the paint sealer so I bought the car in for possible warrantied work. Turned out it was not an issue with the paint sealer but Linda had the problem corrected anyway. Also cleaned up the leather treatment and pointed out some other care issues with my seats that I needed to be aware of. This dealership and salesman were recommended to me by Chuck Spellman who had purchased from here before. I think highly of Chuck's opinion so I knew that if he was recommending something or someone then Chuck Spellman who had purchased from here before. From that call on Friday evening I felt an immediate connection with Robert. He listened to my wants and needs and respected my ability to balance both of those on a budget with 2 kids in college at Texas A&M. My first impression of Beck & Masten was a little more than overwhelming when you consider that my hometown has ONLY one dealership in the whole county. It was extremely refreshing to have a large variety of vehicles to choose from. I have always been a hometown girl and believe in supporting your hometown businesses but truly my heart was set on a GMC Yukon and our local dealer is strictly a Chevrolet dealer.
