Two of our vehicles have been purchased from this dealership and are serviced there as well. From the Purchase to the scheduled maintenance, I have never had any problems with the staff here. Mr. Hadley is one of the most knowlegable salesmen I encountered while searching for a vehicle. He knew every thing about each vehicle and it's competing vehicles and was very helpful in deciding which options and features were going to best suit our family. He was diligent in locating the specific model we decided on and kept us updated on the progress of the dealer transfer. When it came time to negotiate the deal, it was rediculously easy. I was in shock at how easy the transaction took place. So now I have this GREAT new vehicle right? Well, so it's got to get it's oil changed and little things happen here and there so we have to spend some time in the Service area. Well, at other dealerships, you NEVER see your sales person again. They are on to the next one and wouldn't recognize you if you ran over them in your new vehicle. WELL, THAT does not happen here. Mr. Hadley is always there to see how things are going, ask you how the kids are and emails you on your birthday. Now that's something that you don't encounter every day. And the service crew.....Top Notch. Friendly, helpful and quick. You are in, out and on your way. Other dealerships may have fancy coffee, gourmet snacks, flat screen tv's in their service areas....that's great, but it doesn't take the place of dedicated, loyal, friendly and helpful staff. The staff takes service seriously and are top notch at providing it. They take care of you like family. More

This past weekend, my husband and I visited your dealership for the first time, and I can assure you in the future when we need a new car, we will be coming back. I first of all, HATE car shopping, no offense but sales guys can be quite annoying! We lucked out, Tank and my husband had spoken a few days prior to our arrival and from the get go I knew he was going to be different. He wasn't pushy, he had us laughing the whole time, and best part he wasn't saying buy this buy this buy this he truly was there to take care of us and our needs. He wanted to get us in the car that we wanted, and he did just that. I can honestly say we bought a car, from your dealership because of Thomas Clark. We appreciate him diligently working with the finance guys and getting us to a monthly payment we could afford, and a great deal on our Yukon. We also appreciate the finance guys and working with us as well. I don't know what more to say, other than thank you for by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever been through. Again, a special thank you to Tank for taking care of us...I promise I will spread the word for any friends/family to come see you for their next car buying experience, because I know they wouldn't be disappointed. I asked on more than 4 occassions for them to locate a car f Customer Service/Buying Experince: I truly felt like they didn't want to sell me a car. I asked on more than 4 occassions for them to locate a car for me from other dealers as they did not have what I wanted in stock. They kept saying there simply weren't any I would just have to order. Another dealer located 2 within my specs and was willing to go above and beyond to get my business (doing a transfer, installing options, and having it ready to drive out in less than 48 hours). It often took more than 24 hours for Beck & Masten to get back to me on questions (price of dealer installed options, estimated TTL, drive out price, etc.). And they often answered a question with a question resulting in 48-72 hours to get a straight forward answer on any question. I constantly felt like I was getting the run around to very direct, detailed, and straight forward questions. On the 3 occassions I actually went to the dealership I was often left waiting for 15 minutes or so while they looked for keys or tried to find vehicles. I can't believe a business - especially one who claims to be a #1 dealer, 5 star service, etc. - would be that disorganized. It seemed more like sales tactics/game playing to me. Pricing: Initial price quote was MSRP. Next quote - their "great price" was $200 below MSRP. I eventually did get good pricing, but only by way of having them match another dealers price. They also offered me significantly below the market price for my trade in. Other dealers offered me $2000 more. Carmax offered me $2500 more. In summary: I was horribly disappointed in the customer service and new car buying process from Beck and Masten. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone I know. More
Had a water pump replaced, they mixed dexcool with the green antifreeze in the car, and it clogged the radiator, and overheated the engine, then told me for $1300 they would replace the obstructed radiato green antifreeze in the car, and it clogged the radiator, and overheated the engine, then told me for $1300 they would replace the obstructed radiator. And for $2400 they would replace the warped head and head gasket. Independent mechanic, flushed out (twice), to remove dexcool sludge from radiator, and checked engine and found no damage,(lucky for me). More
My family has purchased from this dealership in the past. I bought my previous truck from their used department and the experience went quiet well. When I went to purchase my first new truck it was a disaster. The sales rep stated that my truck was going to be there on a Monday after purchasing on a Friday. They stated it was coming in on a truck from Cali. As days turned to weeks still no truck and no answers from the dealership. We got Mr. Beck involved and when it came down to it I got a phone call stating that it was best that we just terminate the paperwork and the sale. After two weeks I had received a call stating that the truck had arrived after I already purchased a truck from Lone Star Chevy. I did the same thing with Lone Star having the truck shipped in and it arrived on time as stated. Come to find out that when I went to finance my truck with Lone Star the finance person stated that my credit had been flagged due to the sales person at Beck and Masten falsifying my financial statement for my gross income. This in turn cost me by making my interest rate higher. I will never return to this dealership or send business there. More
Let me first start off with some advice. NEVER take your vehicle to this collision center. It took 2 weeks and 2 days to finally get my truck fixed(door lock repair and door dent repair) then when I go to p vehicle to this collision center. It took 2 weeks and 2 days to finally get my truck fixed(door lock repair and door dent repair) then when I go to pick it up I have a dent and two huge scratches on the side of my bumper. Fred is a very shady individual and completely denied that his guys did the scratching even after looking at the adjuster's pictures taken prior to repairs. More
