I recently purchased a used 2005 GMC Sierra from Mike Marco at Beck and Masten Buick-GMC. This is one of several vehicles I have purchased there but the first used one. After taking delivery I noticed a problem with the AC. I contacted Mike and without hesitation was told to bring it in for a look and then Mike said to leave it there and it would be taken care of. Turned out to be a fairly expensive repair and they took care of it. I have bought several vehicles there at Beck and Masten and in fact have sent more than a few folks over there as well who have also purchased vehicles. Don’t ever change. I stopped by the used car dealership about 1 hour ago. Determined to find my next vehicle and make a purchase. None of the vehicles had prices on them which made it impossible to gauge what kind of a deal they offered. I finally gave up on finding a vehicle at this location and left. No one ever even acknowledged I was on the property. I've been to other dealerships where the sales staff it waiting to pounce on the first sign of a person in their lot and that is so irritating, but Beck and Masten's team takes 'self service' to a whole new level! Both he and Shane gave the impression that they did not want to inconvenience us in any way while our car was in for a service matter. They arranged for us to have a loaner and Clint was always keeping in touch with us and telling us of the progress he has made with the car. We have never had a service department call to inform us of the progression of the repairs on our vehicle, we have always been left to wonder what is going on.
