Initially, Darin was quite helpful in locating a vehicle (new Yukon) that had the specifics we wanted, but none of this was confirmed "in writing" to make sure we all agreed (everything was done over the ph (new Yukon) that had the specifics we wanted, but none of this was confirmed "in writing" to make sure we all agreed (everything was done over the phone, I would think that at some point, putting the information into a written format - at least just to confirm that we are all talking about the same options, etc. - would be standard practice). When we went to the dealership to pick the vehicle up, the wrong vehicle was on the lot. While Darin did try to locate an alternate vehicle, he seemed more pre-occupied by letting us know how many cars he sells each day and looks like he "missed one". I don't believe he did this intentionally, but it was handled poorly after that, by trivializing the fact that he is just so busy with all of his other customers (that is very poor customer service). We had to take time off from work / find a baby-sitter to drive out to pick up the car, but none of this seemed to matter. At this point, we decided to wait for a couple days to collect our thoughts (order new vehicle vs. buy a more expensive vehicle that was in-stock). This time was from 26-Feb through 02-March. During this time, pricing was discussed on the new vehicle (Denali), but apparently, there were pricing incentive options that expired on 28-Feb that were not made aware to us. We agreed to pick up the car on 03-March and had a price for the vehicle sent to us via email. However, when we arrived at the dealership again, the price had "changed" without any warning to us. Advising of this price change (increase) at the actual closing is unprofessional and bording on dishonest. It is unacceptable to change the price right as we are signing the paperwork. At this point, Darin tried to reduce the price through looking at other options (more for trade-in, etc.). The entire process - from ordering the wrong car initially and not really seeming to care much about the oversight, to not informing customer about key timings to make a decision to lock in pricing incentives, to changing the price that was quoted via email upon signing - left alot to be desired. We went to Beck and Masten looking for a truck that we saw online for a very reasonable price. Unlike other dealers who advertise prices they can't own up to, Beck and Masten did a great job finding the E saw online for a very reasonable price. Unlike other dealers who advertise prices they can't own up to, Beck and Masten did a great job finding the EXACT truck we had seen on the internet and they agreed to sell it to us for the advertised price. Although the truck was phenomenal and had a great price tag, we decided to keep our options open by looking at another 2 trucks that we also loved. We test drove all 3 and finally decided with the more expensive model because of the awesome features it had for not too much more money. When it was time to value our trade in, Ariel did an awesome job in getting us exactly (if not more) than what we wanted for our trade, and all of this was done in a reasonable amount of time. When we came to an agreement on everything, we proceeded to the finance department where we also had a remarkable experience. The finance guy was extremely patient and helpful with all of our questions and concerns and very carefully explained everything. We were approved with a great interest rate and best of all, we were not FORCED to buy any insurances or extra warranties like we have been before at other dealerships. I really wish i could remember the person's name who helped us with finance because he deserves to be recognized also for the great job he does everyday at Beck and Masten. So upon signing all of the paperwork, we left finance very happy to find our truck already detailed, washed and with a tank full of gas, parked right outside. We proceeded to thank Ariel for all of his help and even got a $100 Walmart gift card for our purchase at Beck and Masten. Overall, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had and will definitely be buying from Beck and Masten in the near future. Personally this was the easiest purchase I have made on a visit. I put in a search request over the internet and Scott called me the next day. He found the vehicle I was looking for exactly. Several other distributors were unable to find the vehicle or were offering vehicles that were much more in price. I visited Beck and Masten and spoke with Scott.....he went over all the details of the vehicle and what it would come with. We made an agreement and I put money down to secure the vehicle. This whole process took less than 15 min. He had the vehicle delivered to his facility and had the things added that I wanted. Went through the actual financing agreement in another 20 min and couldn't be happier. I will be doing business again with Beck and Masten because of Scott Fontana! More

I test drove several vehicles, and finally made my decision on one that Thomas had recommended to me. During the process while i was talking out things and waiting on financing he had a constant amount of previous customers saying hi and thanking him. He could tell me what he sold them and also if any friends and relatives of the person that said hi he sold them vehicles. He is very knowledgeable about financing and what i would be interested in. He listened to what i had to say and took care of me. I saw before i purchased my vehicle it needed several repairs. He took care of all of them and even ordered some of the custom parts that went on my vehicle that came with that model/package. More

And I've been doing business with them for years now purchasing vehicles and visiting the service department. I've grown to feel more like family than just another customer. I've got to thank my service advisor Lee Velazquez, he has been there with a smile since October 2006, the same year I purchase the Yukon(John Collins the saleman at that time). Any problems with my vehicle Beck and Masten Service Department Lee Velazquez is the one I call. Understandably they can't perform miracles but they sure do their best to get the issue resolve and back in working order. If you can't wait on your vehicle they have a shuttle and of course the car rental provider. They have a waiting area with free Wifi which is really cool if you have some sort of business to do on your laptop. I even brought over my dad so he could get his Sierra service there and last year my sister purchase a Terrain from them as well.
