This dealership and salesman were recommended to me by Chuck Spellman who had purchased from here before. From that call on Friday evening I felt an immediate connection with Robert. He listened to my wants and needs and respected my ability to balance both of those on a budget with 2 kids in college at Texas A&M. My first impression of Beck & Masten was a little more than overwhelming when you consider that my hometown has ONLY one dealership in the whole county. It was extremely refreshing to have a large variety of vehicles to choose from. I have always been a hometown girl and believe in supporting your hometown businesses but truly my heart was set on a GMC Yukon and our local dealer is strictly a Chevrolet dealer. The attention I received that day was above and beyond what customer service should be. I deal with taxpayers all day long and know how important a connection is with the person your dealing with. I have purchased 6 vehicles from the used department at Beck and Masten. So when it came time for my aunt needing a new used vehicle I knew this first place I wanted to look. I never got a sales pitch or felt pressured. I received great service and drove out with a great pre-owned SUV. He wanted me to be happy with my trade in (which was a 13 year old car) and the service I received. He answered all my questions and gave me great information on the SUV I purchased. I was looking for a new GMC Denali pickup and since their NW Houston location was close by I decided to stop in. Glad I did just that. Met with Nancy too who takes care of the after market options and she was great by not laying on the pressure to buy everything and had a few things I wanted done the same day that may have taken other dealers a few extra days to complete. Very satisfied with the whole process there at Beck and Masten. Great place to buy a vehicle if your in the hunt. More
