Ariel was very pleasant to deal with. He listened to my needs and price I was looking get at Beck and Masten. I found the Buick Enclave I was looking for and now just had to agree on price. I went home and started researching my next dealership to find my Enclave. Started pushing numbers based on market value and what others are paying and I started to think that Ariel was not far off from my number I wanted. At that moment Ariel texted me with a final offer and it was real close to my number I decided to take the offer. Went to the dealership and was in my new 2011 Buick Enclave CXL-2 in no time. I recently purchased a used 2005 GMC Sierra from Mike Marco at Beck and Masten Buick-GMC. This is one of several vehicles I have purchased there but the first used one. After taking delivery I noticed a Marco at Beck and Masten Buick-GMC. This is one of several vehicles I have purchased there but the first used one. After taking delivery I noticed a problem with the AC. I contacted Mike and without hesitation was told to bring it in for a look and then Mike said to leave it there and it would be taken care of. Turned out to be a fairly expensive repair and they took care of it. I have bought several vehicles there at Beck and Masten and in fact have sent more than a few folks over there as well who have also purchased vehicles. Don’t ever change. I stopped by the used car dealership about 1 hour ago. Determined to find my next vehicle and make a purchase. None of the vehicles had prices on them which made it impossible to gauge what kind of a deal they offered. I finally gave up on finding a vehicle at this location and left. No one ever even acknowledged I was on the property. I've been to other dealerships where the sales staff it waiting to pounce on the first sign of a person in their lot and that is so irritating, but Beck and Masten's team takes 'self service' to a whole new level!
