Well, It took me a little while to shop the lot for the "right" Sierra and with the help of Mike, I was able to get a great deal on a new truck. But, when I was ready he step in and let me pick the truck I wanted and without much haggling, we made a deal. With the great connections this Dealer has with businesses around Houston and Nationally recognized companies, I was able to save thousands of dollars of my Sierra. The service options they have for taking care of your vehicle is by far the best I have ever known. Lifetime OIL CHANGES, with 29 point inspections for under $15, is unbeatable. You can't do that yourself on a pick-up for less than that. And the fact that the dealership is doing the work is comforting, knowing that you are getting the best work for your vehicle. I will come back if EVER my Sierra needs to be replaced, but I doubt it will be any time soon. Our salesman, Bernardo M., was awesome. He's great with customer service, perfect amount of 'sales pressure', helpful, patient, and straight shooting. Our finance guy, Cesar M., was very knowledgeable about the finance process, blazing fast at processing the paperwork, had plenty of patience with me reading the fine print and was eager to answer all my questions. The dealership gave me a fair price on my trade-in and a fair price on a used vehicle I purchased. I highly recommend this dealership based on my experience with Bernardo and Cesar. P.S. The only negative was that I was forced to watch Dancing With The Stars on the TV in the customer waiting room. ;) More
