Dealer Unable To Repair My Vehicle I own a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado LS Ext Cab 5.3 2x4, I took this vehicle in to Beck to have the vehicle inspected, a new main computer recently instal I own a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado LS Ext Cab 5.3 2x4, I took this vehicle in to Beck to have the vehicle inspected, a new main computer recently installed needed reprogramming, to have the body control computer reprogrammed, to have Beck service department install the A/C Temperature Actuator I was having trouble installing because the Body Control Module was not programmed, I also requested Beck service department to find and fix two short problems in the interior lights circuits and a circuit box on the floor board next to the drivers feet had 3 relays that keeps getting hot, next I asked the service department to evac my entire A/C system since everything was new it need to be vacuumed out, the correct amount of oil added along with the correct amount of Freon, on two different service occasions I asked Beck service department to find and fix the entire list of problems Beck service department had my truck for right at two weeks and the only work completed was the state inspection and the two recall issues on my truck, none of the work I requested Beck to do was done on either trip to the service department, when I asked what was the reason why my truck was still not fixed, I even email my service clerk to explain to her the importance of programming the Body Control Module, show how without the body Control module being properly programmed it will cause most of the electrical issues I was having with my truck, I was told by the service lady that wrote up my truck that the shop manager I think was afraid to work on my truck because I had to many electrical issues, be reminded now I only had the two electrical issues, I took my truck less than two miles from Beck and Masten and the shop owner called the same day and told me what was causing the electrical issues and that the truck would be ready for pickup the next morning, I went and got my truck today 6/30/2015, all issues have been repaired, the A/c works like new. if Beck would have listened to my complains a little closer Beck would have been able to repair my truck with not problems, now weather Beck has trained electrical techs on duty it seems they don't to me it seems that beck is only looking to work on simple issues and make that quick buck and to xxxx with the hard work, I will never ever visit Beck and Masten ever again. More

Awesome sales experience I met with John Gerges and Joe Pierce on my first visit to look at a new GMC Canyon. Both were very pleasant and easygoing. I felt very in control o I met with John Gerges and Joe Pierce on my first visit to look at a new GMC Canyon. Both were very pleasant and easygoing. I felt very in control of the entire deal. Both John and Joe were very upfront and honest with me. Once I liked the price, we looked for a Canyon that would be coming in within the next couple of weeks. Found one, had them put my name on it. They wanted my trade immediately because it was a 2015 model with only 1675 miles on it. They agreed to put me in a loaner until my truck came in. It took about 3 weeks and never once did they even worry about the loaner I had - as long as my truck wasn't in, the loaner was mine to keep. About mid-way through the wait, I ordered some accessories from Ida Brickey and she was also extremely pleasant to work with. Once the truck came in, I met with Bernardo Melendz in Finance and he was an absolute pleasure - easy going, upfront, no pressure. Thank you to all of the wonderful people @ Beck and Masten North - I will definitely be referring people to you and can see myself becoming a customer for years to come. More

Costco dealer I got special pricing through Costco and started working with Manny. Per the Costco papers I had to work with certain people. He told me that it would be fine. So he sends me on a test drive so he can look at my trade in when I get back my car hasn't moved and it takes another 20 min to get it inspected. They shoot me a clear low ball value almost half what a bank said it would be just two days before. then he starts playing 4 square with me and keeps promising I can structure the deal anyways I want. finally he disappears to the loan guy and after 45 min he comes back and ask for a co signer. I told him upfront there wasn't one. at this point I take my care and leave. Later I call Reedy who I explained everything again to he said he would pull my file from Manny and call me as soon as he had it. That was 30 days ago..... only thing I have gotten from them was Manny sending me a credit application again to see if I had a cosigner yet. That is two guy that have lost my business More

I get there and thses idiots have the nevers to tell me ok what color you want and the interior. So I pick and he saids ok here are the keys take it for a test drive. So I did with my family. Coming back talking to the sales guy. He starts telling that the only way I can get that price if im in the milatery, or if I have a credit union account, or if im at costco. I told him where does it say that in the internant. He starts giving me the run around about this and that. So he goes back talks to who know what and be brought the price to 43,000.00. I told him thats too much where is my down payment. They keep saying that my down payment does not have do nothing with the truck. So I leave they call back later saying we are almost close just come back. So I did like an idiot. Then on papre they only have written 39, 999.00. Im like where is my down payment break the payments down show me the numbers from down payment +tax and title+ total of truck. They insulted me by saying that my down payment was not going to help. Then not even a minute later he came back and said I need a co signer..DONT TRUST THEM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND SOMEWHERE ELSE! . More
