Working Overtime My wife and I got a flat tire on the way home tonight. We just needed the correct size tire iron to take off the lug nuts. So we called the closest de My wife and I got a flat tire on the way home tonight. We just needed the correct size tire iron to take off the lug nuts. So we called the closest dealership which was Beck and Masten. My wife made a desperate call to their service department where she talked to Sierra. I was outside the car trying to get the last 3 lug nuts off. I guess Sierra had my wife on hold but my wife felt as if it was going to be a dead end, but waited on hold anyways. Sierra had my wife on hold because she was running around trying to find someone to send out to come and help us. All of the sudden, another B&M employee, Justin, pulled up. Long story short Justin and I tried several times to get the remaining 3 lug nuts off but couldn't get the right size without stripping the lugs. Justin went back to their shop THREE TIMES for us in attempt to get the correct size. As we were finishing up Sierra showed up to make sure we had been taken care of. It was incredible to see complete strangers drop what they are doing to go help some strangers. Strangers that had never bought or serviced a vehicle at Beck and Masten. I think that changed tonight because if they work like this off site, I can only imagine how well they operate on site. They had the mentality: "If that was your stranded daughter out there, what would you do" type attitude and it was awesome. I am an Iraq veteran. I got shot in the arm in 2008 by a sniper. It is people and occurrences like this make me feel like I caught that bullet for a reason. I am confident that Beck and Masten gained a future faithful customer because of their selfless actions we witnessed tonight. Thanks Beck and Masten. And a special thanks to Sierra and Justin. By the end of the day on Monday, March 7th, after hours of driving and haggling with different dealers, I decided to try out Beck & Masten off 1960 as my boss had highly recommended them. I am so thankful I did! I aimlessly walked around the lot looking for a certified used car of any sort, I had given up on the Versa at this point, and was soon greeted by Carlos. Right off the bat he went back and forth searching for a car that fit within my price range. He eventually introduced me to Thomas, one of the salesmen, who searched through their database to find the right car for me, and he did! It's a 2012 Chevy Sonic Hatchback, and I could not be more thrilled with it! I almost was not able to purchase it as there was some back and forth with my financing through my bank, but Thomas came through and managed to lowered the cost for me - something NO other dealer I visited would even think of doing! Their customer service is above and beyond what I had experienced at any other dealer, no matter what department I was dealing with! I highly recommend Beck & Masten to anyone in search of a car! Service Department I purchased my Enclave at this dealership (AVERAGE). I use to take my car for oil change and wait for it, but when I needed to leave my car for exten I purchased my Enclave at this dealership (AVERAGE). I use to take my car for oil change and wait for it, but when I needed to leave my car for extensive work, the 1st time, they informed me that they did not have a loaner car. I would have to place my name on a list, and it would be 2-3 wks. NEVER CALLED . 2nd time I called Dec 14 2015 they gave me the same story, again same story. Here we are March 2nd 2016 NEVER CALLED. IF YOU EXPECT EXTENSIVE SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE THIS DEARERSHIP IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR More
Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had My husband was in the market for a used truck, and we found one online at Beck & Masten that he really liked. Their website was quick and easy to navigate, and the photos they provided of the vehicle were exactly what we saw in person. At the dealership, we had the pleasure of working with Thomas "Tank" Clark. He was very helpful and respectful; he never once tried to push us into purchasing the truck or haggle with us on pricing. Tank went above and beyond for us, and we ended up with an awesome truck for a good price. We also traded in our old truck, and received a fair value on that as well. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had, and I will definitely be going back to see Tank next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More
Terrible service center I have bought several cars here since 2006 and being taking them to get service but it seems like service just gets worse and now that they remodeled I have bought several cars here since 2006 and being taking them to get service but it seems like service just gets worse and now that they remodeled it got worse service advisers think they're not suppose to do anything but just sit there and play with their computers every time I take my truck to get service I walk in and all they do is just sit there or maybe it's just me or ? I took my truck in to have a cluster board replace Back in January 21,2016 they couldn't get the right cluster board for about 3 weeks now they installed the right one but the miles don't match up cause the service adviser wrote the ticket with the miles when I took it in on January 21 so now the miles are off like 700 miles but they say it's ok I thought that was illegal,I think I get discriminated cause my truck is old it's a 2006 GMC Sierra ,I was thinking about buying a new GMC once I finish paying my GMC Terrain in a few months but if I'm going to keep getting this lousy service I'll just go to another dealer I try talking to mr Trevino but he tells the service adviser to call me probably thinks he's better than me More
