Service advisor Lee Velazquez I've been a Beck and Masten customer since 2002. At first the service back then was a little slow. But once Lee became my advisor things improved 100 I've been a Beck and Masten customer since 2002. At first the service back then was a little slow. But once Lee became my advisor things improved 100 %!!! Lee takes care of me and my whole family!! It doesn't matter if it's an oil change or service that is a few days , Lee does an amazing job. He does an excellent job communicating the status of you vehicle and if possible he will have you in a loaner while your vehicle is being worked on. I refer friends and coworkers to Beck and Masten North all the time. Thank You Beck and Masten and Lee!!!! More

Service advisor just don't seem to care what you have to say and rush you along so they can go chat with other employees. I waited for a small part to be put on and after waiting for an extremely long time I went to ask about my vehicle and it had been ready but no one decided to let me know. Another pice needed to be order and once again I had to call and check if it was in and sure enough it was. The follow up is horrible. Does anyone do their job these days?!?! More
