We purchased extended warranty for the Cadillac Escalade 2020 when we bought the car in july that we canceled within 30days of purchase. We went to the dealer in person to cancel and were told to cancel onl 2020 when we bought the car in july that we canceled within 30days of purchase. We went to the dealer in person to cancel and were told to cancel online within their office to a website they provided. We left assuming everything was in order and waited for the refund. We checked in 30days as was instructed and still no refund. We called back and were told this was dealt with by group one auto and was given a number to call. Group one auto are the worst to deal with no one called you back and they just ask you to leave a message online and someone will get back to you. When someone did get back she checked and said the policy was never canceled. She then assisted us and said the policy was now cancelled this was on Sep 13th and that the refund would be returned back to the dealership to issue to the lender within 30days. We are now mid November still no refund!! We try to call group one auto we can’t get anyone all you get is an online page you leave a message they give you a ticket and no one ever responds, or if they do it’s to give you a ticket number and we have several of these. I have used beck and masten before to purchase a vehicle but Never again! This is the worst service ever and am very dissatisfied and very unhappy about all of this. My husband and I are now considering legal action to help us resolve this matter we’ve tried to reach out to them on so many occasions to no avail. To everyone out there Don’t buy extended warranty with them and then try to cancel you will encounter this same issue. More
I purchased a 2022 GMC 3500 dually, every service i ask them to relearn tire position after rotation, it has never been done. I made a service appointment for Monday and explained that i wanted a oil chan them to relearn tire position after rotation, it has never been done. I made a service appointment for Monday and explained that i wanted a oil change, washer not working, program keyless entry, rotate tire valves 180 opposite, fill tires to 65lbs and relearn tire position I took off work and they said i will have to leave truck one to 3 days i said ok i will need a loaner they said they have none but was willing to get me a rental, but i would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I did not want to take another day off work so i told them to do the oil change and tires and i would make another appointment for next Monday to complete the rest. The following Monday i brought the truck back and stated the work to be completed, program keyless entry, repair washer not working, turn valve stems opposite, air tires to 65lbs relearn tire position and picked up a rental, Thursday i received a text that they have ordered spray nozzles and stated tires have been rotated valve stems. Saturday another text the spray nozzles came in and installed keyless entry, vehicle is ready for pickup. I arrived after lunch payed for keyless program (as agreed) and waited 30 minutes for them to bring truck around. The service adviser noticed the valve stems were not rotated and wanted to bring the truck back in i said no, they already had the truck 6 days. When i arrived home i looked at my bill they charged me for rotating valve stems (that was not done) that they should have done when they were off the truck during rotation. Relearn and air pressure were not completed This has me wondering did they even complete the oil change? More
Caution while dealing with their finance dept. Everything is great during purchase but after you drive off and if you need their assistance........Forget it. No one answers their phones and retur Everything is great during purchase but after you drive off and if you need their assistance........Forget it. No one answers their phones and return phone calls don't exist. Untouchable by phone. I called for their assistance so many times over 30 days after purchase, the operator knew my first name. I had a great purchasing experience with my sales person. Matter of fact, I had to call my sales person who had to finally walk back to finance so I could finally talk with the rep who only gave me excuses why my canceled warranty refund was not processed for 30 days. Just recently purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra Z71. Saw the ad online look like an excellent price for a low mileage truck. It took numerous calls to reach anyone. When I finally reached somebody whose Saw the ad online look like an excellent price for a low mileage truck. It took numerous calls to reach anyone. When I finally reached somebody whose voice mailbox was not full I asked to speak to a sales manager only to be transferred to a voice mail that was full. Eventually called their South store as having previously done business there. Which was an excellent store to deal with. Eventually heard back from the north store sales car manager. By this time it was late in the day I asked if I left the deposit could I see the vehicle tomorrow. They told me that's not possible. So I showed up later that day to their surprise. Ask to see the vehicle and apparently it was in the back of their lot. I don't believe they wanted to sell it at the price they listed or somebody else's facility wanted to keep the vehicle. But I insisted on seeing it test drove it and decided I wanted to purchase it. This was on a Wednesday evening. I asked if I could leave in the deposit and close the sale on Saturday. I was told we can't do that we have to sell it or close today or it would be available for anybody else. I said by now my bank is closed. They said I could use their Finance which was much higher than mine. I declined that offer. Luckily I had one of my business checks and told them that I would write them a check for the full amount right now. Again deer in the headlight look from the salesman. The only the stipulation was that they were going to need to put two new matching front tires on it as the back tires were new in the front tires were older. This was agreed upon being they had to to make it a certified car or truck. Only to find out it couldn't be done till the next day I said that was fine as I would not be able to pick it up till the following Saturday. They said they would deliver it. I was okay with that. The next day in the morning I spoke to the salesman Jarvis and asked if I paid the difference could they just put four all-terrain radios on the vehicle. He told me I was being difficult and that I would have to accept whatever tires they put on it or we could just not sell the vehicle. I unpolitely told him you forgot I already purchased the vehicle. It took them all day total of 6 hours to put the two tires on and have it ready for delivery. According to their service manager which took four phone calls to reach they were busy and short-handed because they had to drug test their guys that day. Long story short the vehicle was delivered the next day. With a mismatch set of front tires not matching the rear. The new tires did not even have valve stem caps. Nor were the floor mats in the vehicle. Again contacted Jarvis the salesman and was told what did you expect you bought it used vehicle. I'm sorry it had the paper mats in the floor I did not know that the floor mats were not in there. So to this day I'm waiting on a resolution. Which I don't believe will happen or it will take a lot more effort on my part. Bottom line long story short. I will never do business with this dealership again. If you want to purchase something from Beck & Masten go to the South store. But I don't believe I would want to do business with anybody in the north store ever again. Worst experience purchasing a vehicle at a dealership ever. And as a senior citizen I have bought many in my life. Bottom line they suck More

I don’t know where to start with this dealership… I bought a used Tahoe in 2021 and did not have any issues, but I recently bought a 2023 Yukon and my husband and I have had NOTHING but problems! It st bought a used Tahoe in 2021 and did not have any issues, but I recently bought a 2023 Yukon and my husband and I have had NOTHING but problems! It started when they tried to cheat us on the trade-in; they took off $5,000 from when they initially quoted the trade-in at (which was only about 3 weeks from when we went to purchase the new car). We then had to wait 4 hours the first night, all for finance, and then another 3 hours the next day, for finance. We then sat there for 2 hours in the finance managers office signing documents. They were in the middle of moving owners and did not know ANYTHING about the system or how to upload the hand signed documents we were signing. During signing, we were told that most of our upgrades were going to be removed due (they didn’t add everything up, so when they did our loan it wasn’t enough for the extra items we originally ordered with the car). So we lost the floor mats, the decals, and the door trim protector. (I paid for the mats on GM's website and our sales rep got in contact with us a couple of days later and hooked us up on the door trim). So we take the truck home; and the following weekend, the finance manager calls us back and tells us we have to go back to the dealership to sign the papers all over again because he made a mistake on something, I can't remember now. He then was telling us we were going to lose one of the packages that came with the car; the inside/outside protection, from stains, rock chips, leather tear, etc. I lost it at that point and he took back what he said. We also were not able to get our money from the previous warranties we purchased with the Tahoe. We were going to use that towards the down payment, but the finance manager told us they were not able to get the information from it since they no longer have access to the documents prior to the owner change. So we’re having to wait to get a check in the mail. It’s now over a month since purchasing the new car, and I haven’t heard anything about the warranty check and now my paper tags have expired. I tried for DAYS getting in contact with the dealership in regards to both and no one has been able to tell my crap. I finally got an email back today from the warranty/claims department, they told me that the finance department never filled out a cancellation form for the warranties and now I have to fill it out. I also called the dealership just now about my plates, they STILL have no idea where the plates are and when I’ll get them. I told her that someone last week told me that they could just send me an email with a new tag. The receptionist said “no I can’t do that without the manager's authorization”. So she went to go “talk” to the manager; put me on hold for about 5 minutes, came back and told me that he was in a meeting and would reach out later. I kept telling her the plates were expired and I could possibly get a ticket; it just went in one ear and out the other. And of course neither the sales guy or the finance manager work there anymore and we live an hour away, so it’s not easy to keep making trips there. So to summarize this ridiculous story… STAY AWAY FROM BECK AND MASTEN. More
I purchased a 2020 BMW from Beck and Mastens on FM 1960 back in November of 2022. I traded in the vehicle that I currently had and accidentally forgot to get my $500 Prada sunshades out of the eyeglass ho back in November of 2022. I traded in the vehicle that I currently had and accidentally forgot to get my $500 Prada sunshades out of the eyeglass holder in the car. I called back a couple of days later to inform the used car sales manager that I had forgotten to get my rhinestone steering wheel cover and my Prada sunglasses out of the car. They returned my steering wheel cover but never recovered my sunglasses and the trade in stayed on the lot for months until they sold it to an auction. The funny thing is that the sunglasses were prescribed. Since the sunglasses were never recovered, and they told me that there was a place that they put sunglasses that they recovered from cars, I assume that one of their employees stole the sunglasses. I tried for months to get compensated for the sunglasses since one of the Beck and Masten's employees stole the glasses and finally in March of 2023 they said that thy would reimburse me $250 for the glasses. I never received the check and it is now June 2023. Now I am being told that the dealership has been purchased and there is nothing that they can do to reimburse me. If your employee's will steal from a customer they are surely stealing from you. If you read your review please respond to me and let me know how I can get reimbursed for my stolen sunglasses. I am giving this dealership one star because I can not give it no stars to submit this review. If you need my contact information please reach out to the used care sales manager as that is who I have been conversing with since this happened. More
