I was a 1st time customer of beaver's service department today. Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Easy huh? Well everything went well until I got home. An low oil pressure message came on my c today. Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Easy huh? Well everything went well until I got home. An low oil pressure message came on my car. I popped the hood and pulled the dipstick, dry. Looked under my car and it was full of oil. Called them back and they sent a guy to my house to take a look. Come to find out they forgot to put the filter gasket on. Took the car back to Beaver for them to look at it further after the guy did another oil change in my driveway. Never did a manager come see me even though I asked to see one. I put a message through their website highlighting what has happened. I was dealing with my car from 8 AM till 3 PM. The service manager called me apologized and asked what they could do other then clean my driveway. I asked if they could fix the issues they found. Front brakes and air filter. about 400.00. they said they would clean my driveway and give me a free oil change. 132.00 for the oil change. 7 hrs of my time and not seeing a manger is worth 132. So they lost a customer for 268.00. Customer service goes a long way. More

I drove over a curb. Toyota service checked the entire front end, did an alignment and changed a tire. They missed a serious problem -- the engine mounts were damaged and needed replacement. The entire engine was shifting while I was driving. They never drove my vehicle. If they would have drove the vehicle, they would have clearly heard the engine shifting. This is gross negligence. More

Impressive new diagnostic equipment that shows amazing car details! I learned so much from Steve Miller about my car. It took pictures of whole exterior including 4 wheel drive undercarriage looking for p car details! I learned so much from Steve Miller about my car. It took pictures of whole exterior including 4 wheel drive undercarriage looking for problems. Even showed when my tires were made, brand and tread! Service Dept. sent video re: my multi-car inspection and 2 recommendations. Steve Miller texted info to my phone in addition to explaining everything. I had a full detail which was fantastic. My 2010 4 Runner LTD including whitening headlights looked fantastic! I had the privilege to rent a new Highlander overnight instead of the shuttle. That was fun driving the new model! It adds security to have a car available when your significant other just had cataract surgery the day before. From the time I drive up, until the time I check out, I feel confident that Beaver Toyota and their “family” will take good care of me, too.
