Hello Mr. Pollard, We are so sorry to hear that you were not made aware of the market adjustment by our staff before you came in. We do apologize for that! As for the market adjustment not being shown online, we are not able to add those prices on our website. The pricing comes straight from the VIN number when it is being added to our inventory and unless a certain accessory package is added to the vehicle, we are not able to adjust the pricing to reflect the current market value of our new inventory. Also, since the window sticker has to match exactly how the vehicle is equipped, we could not add it as an accessory package either in order to reflect the market adjustment. We have tried to do so. Pre-owned vehicles are not a problem as we enter those prices manually. W We sincerely apologize for any confusion, and we are sorry to hear that you feel we did not operate under complete transparency as we do strive to do.
