I was pressured from the beginning 😭! I was told I couldn’t leave! I received a brochure from MB Chevy for 0% financing on the Equinox! I was told it was a used car & wouldn’t get a complimentary oil couldn’t leave! I received a brochure from MB Chevy for 0% financing on the Equinox! Salesman was polite and professional. Unfortunately the person making the final decision wouldn’t work with me so I bought the Blazer elsewhere for less. If you were a car dealer and a customer walked on your lot 3 times and emailed about a purchase would you respond? The previous dealer did not and after over charging and gouging us on repairs we made the switch and so glad we did. Better service, better prices and better for your needs to purchase a vehicle which we did. Don’t mistake kindness from other dealers as knowledge, they will take advantage of you.
