I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bay Ridge Ford. I've been searching for a new Fiesta for over 2 weeks. I went to at least five different dealers here in CT. If you want to get your dream car and not go broke, go to Bay Ridge Ford. Make sure to ask for Howard and Diane. They are honest, professional and caring, which is rare to find at a car dealership. And believe or not, I walked out with two pieces of home made brownie which Howard shared with me (it was one of the best brownies I've tried! ;) More

Howard was extremely courteous and attentive. He and the general manager, Rich, worked the deal quickly and transparently and in no time I was signing a great deal on a great car with minimal negotiating, no stress or hassle. Fara, the lease/finance manager took over to handle my paperwork and was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient as well. She didn't pressure me either and had me on the road quickly and happy. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and choice of dealer. I'll be back for sure. More

My husband and I weren't even thinking of leasing a Ford, but my husband felt so comfortable (not at all pressured) with Howard (Str Ford dealership.
