Ann goes above and beyond to make the lease experience effortless. Ann is a friendly, upbeat kind of gal and a pleasure to deal with. I have also had a very easy experience with the parts department. Ann presented our options and highly recommended the new Flex. This model really meets our family's needs perfectly. We absolutely love our Flex and we loved working with Ann Monahan. She was warm, professional and completely above board. The new Bay Ridge Ford dealership is also lovely and very convenient for Staten Islanders. Overall A++++ More
Lied about sensors beeing in a car. Misinformed me many times about the time the process would take. Didn´t do anything to try to remedy the situation. times about the time the process would take. Didn´t do anything to try to remedy the situation. More
I stepped into Bay Ridge Ford with the intent to just browse. I felt absolutely no pressure for the first time in any dealership in 24 years from the second I entered the location to the time I traded i browse. I felt absolutely no pressure for the first time in any dealership in 24 years from the second I entered the location to the time I traded in my old car and drove my new leased truck from the lot five days later. Ann made me feel extremely comfortable even with my two year old daughter making a mess of her desk. Diane, the Finance Manager was a pleasure to deal with as well. I look forward to doing business there again, as well as sending additional customers as well. Thank you Ann and Diane. More
Vehicle purchased is a Ford Transit Direct (wagon). This vehicle is a precise fit with the needs of this customer. The seats turned out to be unexpectedly comfortable and the amount of space in the vehicle is truly amazing. The price was acceptable and within budget. Performance of the car is quite good in view of engine size and expected fuel usage. The car was purchased new. The sales staff was professional, friendly and informative and refrained from the expected heavy duty sales pressure. The ambiance in the dealership is quite pleasant and everyone met there were fully engaged in providing the best possible experience for this customer. The car was picked up on Saturday 4/14/2012 and it was in an immaculate condition with 35 miles on it. It came with a, not expected, full tank of gas, nice detail. Sales staff was really helpful in explaining warranty programs, without pressure, and a 7 year extended warranty was purchased as a result. All in all the the experience was unexpectedly pleasant and I recommend this dealership, as experienced, without reserve. More
Ok I went to this dealership because I was looking to lease a ford focus. My brother had just leased an edge from then maybe a week prior and the dealership was walking distance from my house. At first J lease a ford focus. My brother had just leased an edge from then maybe a week prior and the dealership was walking distance from my house. At first John seemed like a friendly guy, of course they all do. I asked for a price on a fully loaded Focus Titanium, he through 169 a month before taxes and fees and 3600 down for a 24 month lease. I thought this was a fairly reasonable price for a 28,000 dollar car so I told him I would be back to discuss further business. I finally decided I was going to take the offer the following day. The final price after all the taxes and fees some how sky rocketed up to 299 a month with the same down payment. I thought this was strange but told him to order the exact car that I want because I will not lease a vehicle without test driving it and sitting in it first. He told me I had to put a 500 dollar deposit down in order to do this, assuring me that everything would be ok and I would get a refund if I decided not to take the car, so I said ok and left the down payment. The following day, John calls me at school saying that the car had just arrived and asks When I could come in. I told him in the afternoon. Taking advice from my brother I decided to shop around for prices before committing to this deal, as he and I were both puzzled by how the price sky rocketed. So I called a manhattan dealership and they blew me away, a down payment 600 dollars less and 30 dollars less per month for 24 months. I then decided to call John and tell him I didn't want the car anymore, in hopes he would match or beat Manhattan's offer. This guy flipped out on me over the phone and told me to tell him what dealership gave me this offer, then said he was going to fix that by calling them up and then he hung up on me. I called him back and demanded my refund, again he flips out and tells me I'm not getting my refund, and I tell him yes he will give me my refund. Then he says that I would have to face him in person if I wanted my refund, he said it in a way like he wanted to fight me. I told him no, give me my refund over the phone. I'm in the middle of the mall arguing and yelling at this guy for my refund, then I finally tell him I would call the cops if he didn't give me a refund. He finally realizes he's not going to win this battle and says I would have to give my credit card number to him so he could refund the money. He hung up again, he hung up on me like 3 times during this ordeal. I call back and he sounds defeated, I give him my CC number then he asks me if he matches the deal, would I take the car. I said no, just refund my deposit. I have never encountered a salesperson like this. The audacity of this guy to think I would take the car from him after what he just put me through. I will never, ever go back to this dealership. I'm still shocked I haven't told his managers yet. Do not go to this dealership!! More

I had a great experience with Bay Ridge Ford. James Huang was very professional and helpful during the whole process. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the price and the car. Initially was very professional and helpful during the whole process. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the price and the car. Initially I wanted a gray Focus Hatchback but only silver was available. He gave me the best price for that one and I accepted it. He was knowledgeable about the product and answered every question I asked. Overall I would recommend this dealership and my sales person James to anyone who wants to have a positive experience. He will not attack you and pressure you into buying something you don't want. This is our second Ford and it won't be our last. More

I'll be back with my review after I see how the dealership dealt with a door chipped in two places and a gouge in a window frame of a brand new Flex that I am paying window sticker for. I have so dealership dealt with a door chipped in two places and a gouge in a window frame of a brand new Flex that I am paying window sticker for. I have so much to say, but it all depends on the manager swearing to fix the chips so the door looks factory new and for the manager to give me $1000 for the horrible aggravation and disappointment I felt in what I thought was a trustworthy place. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME SOON with names and quotes and promises broken (if they are). For now, let me just say you better not get friendly with people because they might mistake friendliness for weakness, nervousness for stupidity.I have a ten year old Ford THunderbird with less damage that a new car from this dealership that was being passed off to me as perfect.
