Sales team (Mike and Kirkland) did a great job in working with my wife to put us into a new Fiat 500 - fun little car. No talking down to her, treated her very well. Jeff was the best auto dealership financ with my wife to put us into a new Fiat 500 - fun little car. No talking down to her, treated her very well. Jeff was the best auto dealership finance guy we have ever worked with - solid explanations, no hard sell, just straightforward businessman. If all were like him the auto finance industry would have a much better rep. More

Our Fiat 500 was damaged during Sandy--the sunroof shattered, apparently under changes of air pressure. WE usually go to Manhattan Fiat but the bridges were closed and going into Manhattan was off-li shattered, apparently under changes of air pressure. WE usually go to Manhattan Fiat but the bridges were closed and going into Manhattan was off-limits--grid-lock xxxx. So we decided to go to the Brooklyn Fiat service center--Giuffre--and there we had the pleasure of encountering Tommy DeSola--whose shop it is--and for us, he went the extra mile. The insurance company needed to be handled well--as the inside of our car was damaged by water--and they were not inclined to pay for that damage. Mr. DeSola went to bat for us and they did a great job. They were ikn touch--communicative and clear--we were never left hanging. It was near thanksgiving and we had plans that we could not cancel to go a few hours out of town. We were worried that our car might not be repaired by then--such was the post-Sandy backlog of damaged vehicles--Mr. DeSola reassured us that he would personally see to it that if our car was not ready that we would have a rental car, gratis. What more could we want? Our car ended up being repaired--and not only was it ready for our trip, but they really pointed it--made it super clean and like new. This past weekend, our car overheated--and we were about an hour from home--so we had to fill up on coolant. It ends up that the coolant bottle in the car--a recalled item--had cracked and so all the coolant drained out of the car. Mr. DeSola again took care of things--and when corporate blamed us for putting the wrong coolant in the car, Mr. DeSola understood that we were not mechanics but car owners. He gave us a very fair price for this repair and when we got the car back, again, it had been treated with kid gloves--washed and spec'd out. More

I went into Giuffre FiAT to get some info about the car. I went in on a lark. The minute my foot touched the threshold, I should have walked out. The rotund manager, Santo was blocking the doorway because he was half inside the dealership and half outside the dealership smoking. He opened the door in a way that said, "I am rude and lazy and would rather smoke." Then some guy in a turtleneck, Kirk asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was there for and he sat down with me to discuss options. I told him that I was not interested in buying because I am trying to save money. I must have been a target, being a petite woman AND alone at a dealership. While I was discussing when I planned to buy a FIAT, he was asking me if I had a boyfriend. He must have slipped that question into the conversation about 12 times. I also didn't need to hear about his sob story regarding his living situation. Kirk also thought that the Dodge Challenger parked outside was a Chevy Camaro. Ladies, do not go there for a car. If you do, bring some muscle. All jokes aside... STAY AWAY. It a cesspool of scam artists. I also received a grunt filled voicemail from the dealership last week. Weirdos. More
Terrible experience, I needed couple of days to get over the disgust I got from these people. The manager acts like he just stepped out of Soprano series. If they cannot get the price they want they will lie and trick you into signing a contract with non-existing fees and charges. The manager is very unprofessional and likes to take out his frustration on the customers (throughs papers into the air, gives rude and inappropriate comments). He thinks once you stepped inside the store you signed an exclusive contract and have to buy from him. He will promise you any price just to get you into the contract and then if you are not attentive to the numbers and features you will get something that you did not intend to buy. If you want a car you want, for the price you want and positive experience, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! More
They were really nice to begin with and then proceed to mislead you. The manager is the worst and can not be trusted. After verbally agreeing to sell me a vehicle for a set price including all fees minus s mislead you. The manager is the worst and can not be trusted. After verbally agreeing to sell me a vehicle for a set price including all fees minus sales tax and registration fee they proceeded to secretly attach an additional $1500 worth of fees during the financing agreement. This is after I've already signed the sale agreement. Yes, adding additionally fees is perfectly legal and there's nothing I can do about it. By that time I already purchased the vehicle and had to return again the next day because of "computer malfunction" to do the financing. Then they promised me they will take care of the insurance and when I called to confirm they said I have all the paperwork and can do it myself. Now I have to return a 3rd day to install my license plate because they failed to do so when they prepped my car (which still has black smudges all over it). I love my car and really needed one but this is the worst transaction I've ever had to deal with. More
