And the best part is that there was no xx. He tells you what he can do. I Went into lease the car but ended up buying because James explained that it made more sense economically, and he was right. I felt confident I was getting the best price. All in all it was an excellent buying experience. I highly recommend Giuffre Fiat, James Greco and the entire staff there. I cannot remember everyone's names but they were all nice, real people. If you are looking for a Fiat anywhere in the 5 boroughs, it is worth it to go to Giuffre Fiat. More
WHAT THEY HAVE ON THE WEB SITE IS NOT THE PRICE!!!!!!! I went in for a car at one of the other Giufree lots, after being told the car I wanted was there. Come in, and it is gone. He was a nice guy, and it probably was not his fault, but I test drove a car that was advertised for 14 only to find out after everything was said and done that it was 17. They lie through their teeth on the site, nothing is as advertised. More

Jimmy spent a great deal of time making sure that he got the best deal for him so that he could have the car he wanted. That doesn't always happen with your first car. Kirkland was nerw to the dealership but he certainly deserved alot of credit for his professionalism and the way he took care of Michael and his new car. I have had much experience with car dealerships in my life and in most cases, I prefer to avoid them and their sales tactics, but Giuffre Fiat is nothing like my past experiences. They deserve the highest praise for their vision of what customer service should be. Thank you Jimmy, Kirkland and your wonderful staff. More
Got the best birthday gift! A new Fiat 500! I was in the showroom for about an hour. I could have taken the car the same day but wanted to add more details to personalize it more. When I picked up the car they had everything ready. Paperwork took about 1/2 hour. Rod was very nice and James was very informative. Answered all my questions! He explained the differences of the models and what options are available. He also explained all fees I would be incurring! They even gave me a discount that was also reflected on my contract. All in all it was a very good experience. Only issue my gas tank wasn't full so I had to wait a few minutes for that but no biggie! It was just down the block. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not even to my enemies. They are a bunch of liars. All together they were one big team of idiots! I purchased the FIAT 500, on May 17, 2012 and they kept me a to my enemies. They are a bunch of liars. All together they were one big team of idiots! I purchased the FIAT 500, on May 17, 2012 and they kept me at the dealer for six hours. They handled the deal unprofessionally and they will try to screw you over in any possible way. They made me sign a blank bill of sale that did not include all the information about the fees. At the end, I paid about $1,300 of additional fees which no other dealer charges you. They charged me for the destination fee and that fee was included in the window sticker price. Also with huge bank fees and many additional fees. At the end they did not have tools to remove my plates from my trade-in car and I had to drive from Orangeberg, NY to Brooklyn, NY to pick up my plates. Also, a portable navigation was part of the package that I purchased and they did not have it. They said it will call me in a couple of days to pick it up when they receive it, till this day, i still did not receive my navigation. Stay away from this dealership and the people working there. There are so many other FIAT dealers that are honest and very professional. More

Although waiting for financing took a little longer than we would've hoped, everyone did their best to keep us comfortable. He tells you what he can do. I felt confident we were getting the best price. There was no real negotiating - rather, this is what they were offering. My wife and I appreciated the honesty, especially in a car dealership. And we went into lease but ended up buying because James explained that it made more sense economically, and he was right. We slept on the offer and then bought the car the next day over the phone and via e-mail, which I also thought was very impressive. James took care of everything and when we came back that night the car was sitting there, perfectly clean and ready to go. All in all it was an excellent buying experience. The sales manager does not disclose the hidden cost that is added to the purchase order of the vehicle contract. Basically they give you a discount that you think you are going to get, but when it is time t is added to the purchase order of the vehicle contract. Basically they give you a discount that you think you are going to get, but when it is time to sign the contract, they charge you with hidden cost such as a pre-delivery safety inspection and dealer fess that sum up to $1,390.00 in addition to the other cost such as plates, taxes, tires fees, etc. the bottom line is that the discount is not even shown in the contract. I tried to resolve this issue with the manager and he does not even return the phone calls or the letters that were sent. In addition, if you trade a vehicle, the difference is not even return to until you write letters. I am about to write more letters to the FIAT group so I can get my money that is due to me due to the paid off the previous vehicle. It is over a month and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded to me as well as other fees that were overcharged. The first week I had the vehicle, I had to bring it to the shop so they can replace the hubs and bearing sine the car was unsafe to drive every time to break. The bottom line is that I recommend anyone doing business with this dealer to ensure the buyers contract disclosure every item that you are paying for. This Fiat dealer cannot be trusted. More
