Excellent, personalized customer service….. Santos DiMarco's service was beyond the scope of expectations as was the entire team effort at both the dealership and the Chrysler Service Center. I traded in my 2007 MiniCooper S and leased a 2007 Fiat 500 Sport, Every inquiry, every detail was addressed in a professional and friendly manner. On my trip home from the dealership, I hit a pothole hole resulting in damage to my right front tire which could not be repaired using the tire sealer and inflation kit. Santo troubleshooted my dilemma requesting a tow truck. Alexis, a most personable, resourceful and helpful associate, arranged for the service center to stay open until I arrived with the tow truck and a new tire was installed on my car. Given the circumstances, I could not ask for more seamless and "painless" transition to mobility. Neil delivered personalized instruction on the "How to's" of my new Fiat, answering all my questions with detail and precision making every effort to satisfy ALL my inquiries. He is a skilled teacher with comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle, simplifying my learning process. Mona clearly explained ALL aspects of the lease contract and suggested the Wheel and Tire issuance, which fortunately, I opted to purchase! Overall, the intention of this team effort was to provide the the very best customer service.They accomplished that goal in a "family-like" spirit for which I was most appreciative.This is clearly team that works together, from Anita( the telephone service associate) to Dave( Service Manager) . I cannot recommend this dealership and service center highly enough.They score a 10+!!!! You are in good hands with BayRidge Fiat and Chrysler Service center.. Thank you ALL! More

On 03/20/2014 I went with my step daughter to look over a veh they had that she wanted to purchase, she wanted me to look the car over to make sure it was a good deal and in good order for the price, I hav a veh they had that she wanted to purchase, she wanted me to look the car over to make sure it was a good deal and in good order for the price, I have a background in automotive and bus and truck repair the selling price was $8400 My step daughter was paying cash for the car everything was going smoothely until we sat down with the Finance guy a gentleman named " Will " and we started going over the bill of sale First he tried to pull this move where he said " since the car is not a Fiat and something happens to it we are not covered since it's used we must take an extended warranty plan for $1700, I told him thats not true the car is covered by NYS Lemon law ( 3000 miles or 30 days wich ever comes first ) Then he apologizes and says " I'm new here i'm from Florida i was'nt aware of this nys law, then I noticed a $12.50 charge for tire recycling he claimed it was mandated by NYS DMV, It sounded shakey to me so I called DMV the next day, they referred me to the EPA who told me that charge is for a veh equipped with brand new tires only it's to cover the cost of disposal of old tires so unless they give you new tires they cannot charge that fee legally I called him back and let him know that if that fee is not returned they will be visited by EPA and possibly DMV investigators, so unless all of their used veh's have brand new tires when sold they have to return all that money Although they come off as friendly they are afterall car salespeople they cannot be trusted More

wanted to purchase a gucci fiat, asked me for a non refundable deposit of $2000 to locate the car, i refused and made a $100 deposit that was supposed to be refundable to do a credit approval, provide refundable deposit of $2000 to locate the car, i refused and made a $100 deposit that was supposed to be refundable to do a credit approval, provide a cosigner, to find out i wasnt approved a week later, and said bank will refuse that loan amount, want to find out from the mananger how much i was approved for, he refuse to tell me and also said it doesnt matter you werent approve for that amount, trys to sell me a fiat pop and was a green color that no one can sell, which wasnt of my choice, 2nd choice was a 500c borduex top with pearl, so i said i would pass the offer and request for a refund, Sal calls me later to tell me they made a mistake and they had that car but in green, and i was approved, i then asked how much is that car?, he said the high 27,000. i said if im approved for that amount then i rather put a bigger down payment for the gucci fiat, since its only 29,000 he said no the gucci fiat will cost me 33-35,000, i told them they are not honest, trying to sell me a car that they cant sell, then tells me im not approve for something, 1/2 hr later im approved, wanted me to trade in my new sienna for this little car, which that wont happen cause i just bought this family car, if it wasnt the teller marketing that called me a thousand time from the San Gennero Fesitvail i wouldnt even think to look at this car, they are con artist, i ended up doing a search my self on the gucci fiat, bought it in Manhattan dealership with and approval and with a fair interest rate, didnt do everything over the phone like bayridge had it, no deposit neccessary, and paid 25,300.00 for that car of choice and upgraded options on nero with no extra charge all in one shot, and no annoying 15 calls a day when i already said i want my refund back and i dont want to buy from them, as of now its been a month and i still havent gotten my $100 dollars back, lesson learned dont put a dposit and never believe what they tell you, until you have it in writting, these people are scammer only want to sell you something they cant sell like there most ugly pistachio green cars, look like a washing machine on wheels....... More

I had been dreaming of owning a Red Fiat 500 Lounge for quite awhile, I didn't get the exact car I had in my head but it was pretty close. The other options that I wanted were definitely an after purchase work so they really didn't have control over it. Thank you guys for your tremendous work. People were telling me before that dealing with New York car dealerships would be such a hassle but you both dispelled that notion for me. 5 STARS to you both. The other options that I wanted were: 1. In-Dash LCD Touchscreen Car Receiver on a Double-DIN Housing Unit 2. 2-Way Keyless Entry with Remote Start and LC3 Responder Technology 3. 17X7 Red Alloy Wheels FiatUSA should consider adding them as in-house options.
