I towed my truck in because of it not running correctly and eventually died on the road. I stated that the truck was acting as though it was not getting fuel. They had the truck three days and stated it wa and eventually died on the road. I stated that the truck was acting as though it was not getting fuel. They had the truck three days and stated it was the battery. Now they did put a new battery in. Said truck was ready. I went and asked how was the truck acting like it was not getting fuel but had a battery issue and the battery was only a year and a half old? Was told that it was a common issue and the batteries ran so many different things. I then asked what codes were captured and was told the mechanic did not include any codes on the work order. Uggg so I took the truck to get it hooked into a computer to see what codes were being thrown and the codes were erased. Five days later truck dies again, doing the same symptoms, but this time I am way out of town. I had to tow it to a dealership in the location I was in. They put a computer on it and saw all the codes and codes that were erased as well. Bad fuel pump, bad fuel harness and other things dealing with fuel pressure. It was fixed. Sooooo long story short I got played by Bates Nissan on this deal. Not happy. More

The management and sales personnel were absolutely out standing. Not only were they attentive to me and my family but they did everything they could to help make our deal possible and helping my family ge standing. Our sales rep Divina was not only work our deal but another one and was still able to stay on top of sharing information and making sure we were taken care of.
