Michael Veal met me and introduced himself and was ready to help me and spend the time with me that I needed. Such a professional attitude and so welcoming. He understood what I was looking for in a truck and stuck with that, not trying to up sell me to more than I wanted. During the entire process Michael made me feel very comfortable and never rushed. The sales side of the house went above and beyond to meet my needs. I have always been impressed with their sales department, but this by far was my best experience of the six purchases I have made over the years dealing with Bates Nissan. More

Michael called me with in minutes, I explained to him that I was over 4 hours away but if he was willing to negotiate a deal over the phone I would greatly appreciate it. I know this is not normal practice but luckily Michael understood. Within in 15 minutes, everything was negotiated. Once I arrived to the dealership, I was expecting to have to renegotiate again BUT that was not the case at all. I was in and out as soon as possible. If you are in the Houston area, I highly recommend you checking out Bates Nissan. I was well-worth the drive! More
