Mark helped us out by answering all of the questions we had about the car. When we asked about the condition of the car, he took the time to send us a video of himself giving a tour of the car. Most dealerships wouldn't even check the car, nonetheless record a video for you. We decided that it was worth the drive to make it work. We drove down and had a great experience which ended with a wonderful car. Mark was truly a great guy. He was extremely personable and went above and beyond to help us.
