Excellent trustworthy salesman The day started out looking at the Nissan Altima online. I spoke with dusty via internet and text. He agreed to take real photos of the vehicle on the The day started out looking at the Nissan Altima online. I spoke with dusty via internet and text. He agreed to take real photos of the vehicle on the lot due to stock photos featured for the vehicle online. He wanted to wait until it went through inspection since it was a recent trade-in. This was around 11:15. That was fine. I asked around 1:30 if he had time to send me photos of the vehicle, I was leaving soon to head in their direction. If it wasn't ready, there were other vehicles I was interested in seeing on the lot. When my wife, son and I arrived around 3:20 we met with Mark and Chad. They showed us around and gave us excellent customer service. Since we still never received photos, we wanted to look at the Nissan that hadn't completed its inspection yet. I liked what I initially saw but looked at other vehicles on the lot and test drove one while waiting for the inspection to finish. I liked some of the vehicles but still wanted to know all of my options. Mark and Chad were great. They repeatedly made me feel comfortable with them and led me to believe they had my best interests in mind. I ultimately purchased the vehicle I originally visited for and don't regret it.
