Despite our best efforts, we are still unable to change the contact information from my husband to me for all things related to this vehicle. Only 2 hours later, I get a call from my husband, “I just got a voicemail from Caleb about your car being done.” When I got to the service department, he just asked that I “sign here”. I had to ask about the details of the recall service, the fact that the oil change was completed as part of the recall, and that I needed to use different oil from here forward. I also thought I was supposed to receive an owners manual insert, but that was never mentioned and never received. He was helpful with arranging the loner during the service. More
