I had to go into the dealer to talk to a salesman and the jeep I was looking at and promised was available was sold day before. Long story short, I tried rhem again for another vehicle and got her again and this time she wouldn't even respond. I called in, got a callback from a salesman for more info, called back and never heard from them again. I called twice more, no return anything. More

Service Today I had service for my 2014 Dodge Challenger; I have never had any problems with Service in the past. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Today after an Oil Change "Only" on the car the Man who brought my car out was very rude. Before I had a chance to get in the car he stated "How I was speeding when I can up to the service area and that there are children here, etc." (Which there were not). He kept rambling on about my driving. This I found is extremely inappropriate for a dealership and if I had been a man, he would not have said this to me at all. Not to mention embarrassing. Therefore, I am having second thoughts about dealing with this Dealership again. If I am going to be lectured too I will go elsewhere. This I feel is a reflection on Barbera as a dealership. Perhaps they need psychological evals on their employees. More

HORRIBLE!! I came in to have a remote start installed in my car. They called me 4 hrs later and told me the car was ready for pick up. Drove there to pick up my car and they could not find my keys!!! Told me to go home and get my spare set.(I told them they will not work it is a whole new system with remote start) Came back with the spare set and what do you know they did not work. Hmm I would think someone working on cars would know that the old keys wouldn't work. Was told oh well your beat til Monday. It was a Saturday, I had to move my son in college that day and work on Monday morning(I work in Jersey). Asked to speak to a manager and the guy came and told us he was the manager(LIE) he was not. Finally a sales manager came out(very nice guy) and least someone was listening and cared. Gave us the name of the service manager and to call him Monday morning. We called they found the keys and would drive the car to me. I said ok but what are you going to do for my aggravation. The VP Art is an xxx!!! Told me you have your car back so shut up and then hung up on me. I buy a car from here every 2-3 years and have never had an experience like this. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER EVER AGAIN!! WILL BE FINDING A NEW CAR DEALER TO DEAL WITH!!! More

I'm a 19 year old receptionist who makes about $1,600 a month. I'm paying close to $1,200 in car payments and insurance. This man had no remorse. Turns out he and the salesman Jarvis Pinard-Mckinney falsified my income to the bank. Let me know in what world is a 19 year old receptionist making $5,850 monthly? Seriously?! I came into Barbera Autoland looking for a Caravan. They had several listed on their website and NONE on the lot. I worked with a sales person who was nice enough. He showed me everything but what I asked for. I was so disappointed. I came in with a trade, money down, and decent credit. I was able to get Chrysler financing for everything but what I asked for. I just don't think they wanted to sell me a vehicle. They kept trying to push a lease. I wanted to purchase. I asked for a van. They showed me a Jeep and a Journey. Then I get a call from the sales person 5 days after I left the dealership, saying, 'We may have something that works for you in transit if you are interested'...Umm, no. I went to another Dodge Dealer and bought my brand new Dodge Caravan. And there is no way I would go back to that dealership. I drove more than an hour and they acted like they couldn't sell me what I asked for.. Why would I trust that something was truly in transit. You can't believe their website. What a mess! More

We thanked her for wasting our time, and she said "thank Lauren.". We left as I would refused to let anyone there have my money or time. Skip them!! More
