Mr. Terence Benn was our Sales Consultant and he was by far the most enthusiastic and kno My wife and I purchased our first vehicle together in 2013. Mr. Terence Benn was our Sales Consultant and he was by far the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable consultant I think I have ever encountered. He looked very professional, made direct eye contact, and actually listened to my wife and I explain what kind of vehicle we were looking for. During our test drive it seemed that Mr. Benn was reading our minds. Whenever my wife or I had a thought about the vehicle Mr. Benn would mention that feature and just start explaining its functions. He was so knowledgeable about the make and model that we were test driving that I thought we were driving his car. Mr. Benn was very patient with us and he made sure he answered all of our questions. When it came time for price negotiations he was honest with my wife and me until we reached an agreeable purchase price on both sides. I would like to mention that the deal reached was not the reason why my wife and I decided to purchase a vehicle from Nissan of Chesapeake; it was strictly based on Mr. Benn’s comment that he sincerely cared about making sure the customers were satisfied. When our tags arrived my wife and I visited the dealership with hopes that we could interact with Mr. Benn again, but the receptionist told us that he was in the process of closing a deal with a customer. By the time we drove off the parking lot we received a phone call from Mr. Benn and he apologized for not being able to greet us during our visit and we totally understood. But his follow-up phone call just confirmed that he just goes the extra mile and understand the foundation of quality customer service. We hope that Mr. Benn is recognized for that because it is very rare regardless of the industry. Mr. Benn is obviously a cut above the rest and I believe Nissan is in great hands with him on staff. Thanks to Mr. Benn’s verbal expression of his view on customer satisfaction I plan to recommend Nissan of Chesapeake to all of my colleagues, friends, and family members. More
