Sold my car to them before moving overseas. Got a quote from CARFAX and Banister Nissan emailed to say they were interested. I made an appointment and took my car in. They looked it over and gave me a qu from CARFAX and Banister Nissan emailed to say they were interested. I made an appointment and took my car in. They looked it over and gave me a quote (not great) so I said thank you and left. A couple of days later they emailed to see if I was still interested in selling, I said I was but only for $x amount with some reasons why I thought the initial quote was too low. They accepted! So back I went, handed over the keys and within 45 mins the paperwork was done. A week later I got a check in the mail. Easy and friendly, quick and efficient and most importantly, to their word. Tim Lopez, Ron Watson and Maddie Vick helped initially and then Ed Pelczarski took over post sale. Thanks for the purchase. More

Go to Toyota, do not go to Nissan if you are looking for a lease! Watch out especially for Ron Watson. He is nice enough but he is a salesman through and through. I am a college student and I needed a cheap a lease! Watch out especially for Ron Watson. He is nice enough but he is a salesman through and through. I am a college student and I needed a cheap lease on a car for three years. He "best" offer was a FOUR year lease with over $2000 cash down at over $450 a month for a NISSAN VERSA, their cheapest car!!! With that price I would be paying for more than what the vehicle was worth! He then tried to convince me that it was standard pricing and I should just buy it new as I would be paying less. I would have left out of there crying if it was not for Helen Smith who works there. She was understanding that I had a budget that I could not deviate from. Go to Toyota if you want a lease! I got a Corolla for $10,000 LESS than what Nissan and that included add on items like additional coverage. Toyota has made a lifetime customer out of me and I will never recommend Nissan to anyone. More

In fact, I was dismissed(hung up on), 95% of the time and I left a message to call me the last time. I called the dealership and was connected to your phone that you didn't answer 3 times. I have decided to pursue a different route to handle this matter. I am not sure what you can do at this point, but I am VERY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR LACK OF DOING YOUR JOB CORRECTLY. I do not know how you have kept your job. You guys were acting in a threatening manner when this first started and that is what pissed me off in the beginning. Now I am continuing my "REVIEW" from 17-March-21, as follows: Someone needs to put you guys on the "BIG" radar! I think that should be lets say,........me! Apparently, Mr. Doctor thinks he can treat those he wishes to as idiots I suppose. It is a good thing that "Doctor" is ONLY your name. I can understand why it took 6 months for you to reply to my first review. I was so please ,with the service at first of purchasing 2017 Nissan Altima ,but I had to bring my vehicle in for an recall on hood latch ,and my goodness after that everything was negative after that as fa 2017 Nissan Altima ,but I had to bring my vehicle in for an recall on hood latch ,and my goodness after that everything was negative after that as far as customer service that do not exist there,my hood is not aligned quite noticeable,and head my headlight has precipitation in it same side of the hood alignment, and they said oh well.
