I recently had my Nissan Rogue in and had all 4 tires replaced. $855.00 with the labor. What bothered me was their mechanics did not put one of the hubcaps on tightly and after I drove off, it fell off replaced. $855.00 with the labor. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rouge in October 2023 in Jan 2024 I started to have issue with the vehicle. I needed a new axel and the transmission was not working. And I needed a new battery. I told Nissan I shouldn't be have such issue with a vehicle that has less then 60000 miles on it. I told them I wanted another vehicle because the one I paid 24000 for is not reliable. I've been in rental cars and been harassed with text messages every other day ro return the rental because is fixed and I'm still having the same issues. The two people that helped me the most were Giff and Amanda but Brain the GM and Eddie P just gave me the run around and no call back. They ran my credit four times without permission and I still have not received a call back. I contacted their cooperate office and still nothing. I guess you have to sue them in order to get satisfaction. More
