Left feeling good But it didn’t last long. A few minutes off the lot and the air pressure light comes on. I bought this car for my daughter so when she went to pick up But it didn’t last long. A few minutes off the lot and the air pressure light comes on. I bought this car for my daughter so when she went to pick up her permanent tags she asked about the light and was told to just put air in the tire and if the light remained on to take it to a Nissan dealer in the area she was going to be in. First, that is not good customer service when a person literally just purchased a car from you. Now, the vehicle supposedly is certified pre-owned, but when she took it to another dealer he found almost $700 of service/maintenance issues. If I purchased the car from an individual you may expect some issues, but to take the car off of the lot and have that many issues within a week of having it just isn’t cool! We were told after the fact that they’d take care of the service issue but not the maintenance issues. I don’t have faith that they are even competent to handle service issues considering if the vehicle was properly inspected they would have discovered the air pressure sensor (service issue) before we had to take the vehicle back. Not only that, they talk to you about being family and try to give you a warm and fuzzy during the sale, but after they treat you like the family member that’s always borrowing money. More
