I’ve purchased 10 or so new vehicles over the years as well as a few uses ones. Without a doubt, my salesman Mr Mauricio Suarez was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He knew everything about my 2017 Frontier and made extended efforts to ensure I understood all the features, options, etc. He also showed me videos specific to my Frontier, introduced me to the service department, personally inspected my truck during the delivery detailing process and most importantly to me, Mr Suarez clearly wanted me to be satisfied with every aspect of purchasing my truck. He succeeded for sure. And, he’s just a really good person with an enthusiastic personality. The entire team I worked with were fun and professional. Zero stress or pressure. Mr Marc Marcomeni the sales manager exceeded my expectation with my vehicles sale price; that almost never happens. Very fair price for my trade in as well. Mr James Copeland III the finance manager was incredibly professional and proficient. No xx whatsoever. We handled the business at hand but had quite a few laughs doing so. Essentially what I’m saying is that from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I drove off in my new truck, I felt like I was buying from friends who truly valued my business. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THE SECOND TIME AROUND!!!!!! This was the 2nd new car I have brought from Nissan. I had went 1st to a Nissan dealership in Va. Beach, but the experience was less than welcoming; This was the 2nd new car I have brought from Nissan. I had went 1st to a Nissan dealership in Va. Beach, but the experience was less than welcoming; it was more like "Everybody throwing numbers in your face and not explaining where those numbers came from while smiling the whole time." Banister's employee Rashawn Gilbert greeted me and my daughters with a warm smile and started helping me right away. He knew my needs right away from the Navy Federal representative Domonique Kenyon and was able to explain the process and gave me a great deal! He was super nice and professional and I was shocked that he had not been doing this for long and I was his 4th customer that he sold a car to, which tells me he knows what he is doing. I didn't feel pressured and the difference in the price from the sale price to the add-ons of the maintenance package were explained, not just added in and I had to figure out where it came from! This purchase was an upgrade from my Sentra and I'm sure I'll come back and upgrade again at this dealership!!!!! The finance manager, James Copeland was awesome also in getting me a lower rate and extending my maintenance package and explaining the numbers to me. When I came to pick up my tags, Rashawn Gilbert greeted me again with a warm smile and a hug this time and had put my tags on while I was signing the paperwork, so I signed and got back to driving my new car!!! Everyone was super nice and the manager Rick Sanchez even called me after the deal to ask if I needed anything!!! More
