Brought my vehicle in for knocking noises in front of my vehicle every times breaks were applied. Had to take vehicle back three times for correction. The problem is still happening. Had front bearings re vehicle every times breaks were applied. Had to take vehicle back three times for correction. The problem is still happening. Had front bearings replace and bill was paid .I was told that I had to bring vehicle back after thanksgiving holiday even though the work was done on 11/11/22.because that would be when a mechanic would be available. Excellent. When I called for the appointment, I was told the recall could not be schedule because the parts were on back order. However, when I took it in for the oil change which I did schedule during the same telephone call, the service department said they did have the parts and could do it. I got the oil change, tire rotation, brake checkup and the recall all accomplished by the service department in one hour. Best service I have ever had! More
