I am a former customer of Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights, and I was a little skeptical about patronizing Banister Ford because of the challenges I experienced with Sheehy. However, I believe in embracing firsts and providing chances. This was my 3rd service appointment with Bannister Ford of Marlow Heights and I am very pleased with its customer service and customer experience. I was extremely pleased with the “at the vehicle” greeting I received…great upgrade. It reminded me of my superior customer experiences as a former Toyota owner. I didn’t have to wait to be checked in. The associate explained everything to me, and the wait time truly was express service. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I no longer receive a reminder sticker in the window for the oil changes, and the oil life reset was not done. I hope the mechanics/technicians will remember to do these things during my future visits. Thanks again to the management staff and the entire team for providing great customer service and customer experience. It’s noticeable. More
