The service was great but the manager was horrible. I had a terrible experience with Bannister Ford in Suitland MD. I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick hybrid in November of 2021 and was repeatedly delayed in getting my car. Despite multiple emails promisin Suitland MD. I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick hybrid in November of 2021 and was repeatedly delayed in getting my car. Despite multiple emails promising a build date and assurances from the dealership that they were doing everything they could to help, I was left waiting for months for my vehicle to arrive. To make matters worse, when my car was finally built and ready for pickup, Bannister Ford sold it to someone else even though I had confirmed that I wanted the vehicle and had put down a deposit. The general manager, Devron Stevenson, and the staff at the dealership refused to acknowledge their mistake or take any responsibility for the situation. I have yet to see my deposit and were completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Bannister Ford in Suitland MD. They were disorganized, unhelpful, and completely failed to deliver the car that I had ordered. The fact that they sold my car to someone else after I had confirmed my purchase was unacceptable, and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake was extremely disappointing. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive needs. More
