I had scheduled an oil change service package online that was advertised at around $85. When I arrived at the dealership, I informed them about my appointment and showed them the email confirmation. However, after the service was completed, I was surprised to see a charge of $250.42 on my bill. The cost had not been explained to me beforehand, and I had expected to pay the amount that was indicated online. I didn't explicitly request all the additional services, and I'm not even sure if they were necessary, so I felt a bit foolish. The cashier mentioned that they don't refer to the online system and instead perform the services based on your instructions. Nevertheless, I showed them the email confirmation and expected to pay less than $100. Furthermore, when I made the appointment online, I had requested the shuttle service. However, when I arrived at the dealership, they informed me that the service would be completed in under an hour, so the shuttle wouldn't be necessary. Unfortunately, the service ended up taking 2 hours from 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM, which caused some trouble for me at work. Lastly, although car wash was not included in the service package, it would have been a nice gesture to compensate for the issues mentioned above. More
Had to bring it back for repair but Chris and the Service Manager were both very supportive and Professional. The service manager understood and made sure I was taken care of. It took me calling customer service to find out my parts was in. They didn’t put the part in until called and then found out there was another issue that the warranty expired while sitting in the shop. Now was in. Now it’s a total transmission when I could have fixed that when I brought it in the shop. I wasn’t prepared to pay 8,000 after waiting 6 months More
