Everyone is working, just the process is historically slow. There by 8:45am out by 11:30am 😂 but things will get better and they are my Local Ford dealership so they have my support unless them prices o slow. Dropped my car yesterday morning around 10am because my key would not turn the car off. The service advisor Chris stated that the car would be ready in the afternoon and that he would call when it was read key would not turn the car off. The service advisor Chris stated that the car would be ready in the afternoon and that he would call when it was ready. We got a shuttle around 12p, that dropped us off to get lunch. Called back around 2p and couldn't reach the service advisor or the assistant manager. Finally got dropped off at 4p, and the car was sitting out ready to pick up with no service advisors in sight. The morning crew had left. No call whatsoever. More
I got pretty good service they only forgot to top off my fluids. When I brought it to their attention they took it right back in. I got my VIP car wash. The customer service was great! Extremely poor at keeping customer up to date, especially on long term repairs. Carlos was impatient and rude over the phone. Had to escalate problem to Joe Hamilton, who was respectful and helpful in reso on long term repairs. Carlos was impatient and rude over the phone.
