I have been to this dealership a "few" times and each time the service gets worse! This latest time, it took the staff an hour to locate my SUV in order for me to leave. I had requested the VIP car wash time the service gets worse! This latest time, it took the staff an hour to locate my SUV in order for me to leave. I had requested the VIP car wash service in addition to brake service: not done! It is the only Ford dealership close to where I live. I miss the professionalism and the excellent service from Sheehy Ford which use to be here! I am already looking around for another Ford dealership! A month earlier I had taken my Ford Mustang in for heating and air conditioner problems and it was never fixed despite Banister Ford stating on the billing invoice! I am already looking for another establishment to complete the job and I will turn this over to Ford Corporate for whatever I am billed! Do not go here(Banister Ford in Marlow Heights)! You have been warned! More

Not even 24 hours after getting my vehicle back it broke down on the highway. Ford isn’t completely to blame since it went to Caliber Collision first. Instead, I’m once again without a vehicle and paying more for rides to get my children to school and myself to work. More
