I don’t like the way the young man kept reving my engine when he just had to pull my car into the garage to change the oil. I was very angry. Got a key fob and programmed at Banister Ford of Marlow Heights for over $400.00 dollars but actually paid over $300.00 after using my Member coupons. I was supposed to receive a complimentary "fluid top Heights for over $400.00 dollars but actually paid over $300.00 after using my Member coupons. I was supposed to receive a complimentary "fluid top off" check and filled which included windshield wiper fluid. I specifically asked the gentleman if it was done already they released my vehicle to me and he said he's pretty sure that it was but if not, then for me to bring it back. Later that night I received a display alert from my car alerting that the window shield fluid is low. I had to go back to Banister the very next day again. That is today...I will update if and whenever the alert warning comes on again. More
