Change to my previous great review So, I don't like doing this, but I previously wrote a great review of this dealership, but they went back on some of their promises to me so I no long So, I don't like doing this, but I previously wrote a great review of this dealership, but they went back on some of their promises to me so I no longer want to give them a great review. I bought a 2014 Kia Soul in January, and I still love the car and feel I got a good deal on the price, but that was mostly because I knew what the price should be and I stuck to that. They promised me some car mats that I never received and they promised me new windshield wipers and I had to call several times to get those and when I did get them, one was the wrong size. Good job guys :( So no good there. I will not go back to Ball Kia to purchase a car. I recommend if you do, get what they promise before the purchase is complete because you won't get it after the deal is done. More
